재앙적인 숙박, 우리에게 판매하는 것을 반영하지 않는 이 낡은 숙소에서 탈출하도록 초대합니다. 호스트가 숙박 초기부터 이에 대해 알고 있었고 해결책을 찾기 위해 아무것도 하지 않았다는 점에 정말 실망했습니다.

Do not recommend staying at this place having stayed at a villa before this . Was disappointing. We were re using the same towels because they don’t come unless you ask 9 of us and only 8 towels would of to thought they gave more with having a pool. Bath mats and face cloths stopped getting delivered after day 1 we also got bed bugs which is not nice .The air con upstairs wasn’t working properly so it was hot upstairs and downstairs only one room had good aircon the rest wasn’t even cold .Having 1 fan in the living room wasn’t helpful especially in this heat. And the sheets weren’t getting changed daily too also villa wasn’t getting cleant everyday only one pot is here and it’s small. They say there is a bar onsite did not see it once . There is construction across and they can be loud so hard to conversate with family when in the living room Had trouble with the laundry and the manager said she didn’t know any thing about the pricing of the laundry which would be hard to understand if yourve been in the job for a long time was 2$ for a kilo of clothes and the one time our sheets and bedding got cleant we got hit with a 80$ bill so that’s what would’ve got charged for them washing our towels sheets pillow cases etc we also have clothes we gave didn’t come back .Manager bought a guest over to argue about the laundry too.The power kept turning on and off aswel. Also everything breaks so easily. Being on holiday understand we will have some noise but having to be told to turn music down at between 8am - 6pm . And when the neighbours did make noise we didn’t mind the noise and didn’t complain

Hello mrs mino it’s really sad to see that after all what you did wrong and the damages you did to our villa you keep trying to do more harm to people. All the above is not true since the electricity was messed up by you throwing water on purpose , you did fight with people who rented also the villa with you since you didn’t at all rented two villas by yourself ! The people who lived with you all complained about you and thought and your son attacked ne of the guest and I almost called the police and I had to protect the safety of the other guest from scary behaviors. I never seen someone behave the way you behave the stuff all of them were scared from you you scared everyone . You asked to stay for free which is insane also ! No one complained beside you and your son ! In fact other people who you shared the villa with are still renting the villas from us and they are very peaceful and happy and well educated . Not just this ! You asked for a refund for the month that you stayed in our villa if you wanted to leave we could give you the money back but surprisingly you stayed for a month asked for more day ! And asked for a refund also in a place that you say it’s bad ! Actions speak for themselves ! Also so many things you left broke and dirty in your room and your son room we had to fix everything . And because we balinaise people believe in karma I didn’t want to call the police for you because I felt sorry for you since you are very very very old but I do believe karma already took care of the bad things you did to everyone . Rented two villas for one month Continuous power cut, terrible internet and two days without water! Very unfriendly and rude manager who refused to give us refund so we can relocate Worst experience in Bali !
