非常舒適，餐廳食物棒極了

It was a great experience. Our daughter attended a one-week Summer Camp at the RNA and she absolutely enjoyed it. She was very happy with the training program, the facilities, the coaches, the staff, the free-time activities, the medical assistance, and the physiotherapy. She met new people and made some good friends. While she was at the Camp, we stayed at the Residence and we were also very pleased. Great facilities, great attention to detail, great food. If you love sports, that's your place to stay! We recommend!

Todo maravilloso. Habitaciones lujosas y espaciosas, gimnasio y spa para disfrutar y relaj****. Placer para los sentidos Tanto para disfrutar en pareja como en familia. Volveremos sin duda. Un gran descubrimiento en nuestra espectacular isla.

We came for tennis lessons and the teaching skills of all our different coaches was just exceptional! The hotel provides good rooms with big windows and high quality bedding. The bathroom has however no amenities, no magnifying mirror, the minibar is almost empty and gets inconsistently refilled. Check-in was quick but we got just handed the key without any further information about locations, opening hours etc. Food was ok but nothing more with a average choice. The worst experience was the kids tennis camp for our two children. Hardly any information at the beginning, they never knew where to go and many changes during the program made their integration very difficult. A special mention for the physiotherapists who do an amazing job! I’ll definitely will be back but probably staying outside the hotel and just enjoying the tennis facilities.

La camera è molto spaziosa.Servizi eccellenti e personale molto cortese e pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. La spa è una vera oasi di relax. Il museo molto bello, per nulla banale. Esperienza meravigliosa!

Basically, faultless! Every aspect of my stay was of high quality ; coaching, staff, rooms, spa, food, facilities, surroundings etc etc. I was sad to leave , will definitely be back. One tiny point, it would be nice to have some comfy sofas/chairs in front of the TVs in the US Open cafe. To chill and order some more delicious food and drinks! But thank you for an amazing trip.

Correcta. Atención muy buena. Instalaciones propias para deportistas. Actividades complementarias interesantes. Museo deportivo con experiencia RV/RA. Desayuno completo y abundante.

Num local ermo , você encontra uma academia de tênis excepcional em suas instalações. Existem pormenores que devem ser corrigidos. A gente chega e não tem uma indicação clara de onde ir , como direcionar para a recepção. Não tem uma portaria usual para o check- in. A circulação dentro da academia não é prática.

Rafa academy is a haven for tennis lovers. However you gotto book the courts ahead of time for group classes or individuals coaching ., they are full all the time ! Tennis Coaches were amazing .. very knowledgeable Restaurants were good l’l bit expensive but tasty n wine from Mallorca was nice ! Overall I feel like I’ll be back
