This home is the perfect combination of cozy rural beauty and convenient access to downtown Fairhope and the rest of the Eastern Shore. It is located at the end of private lane on a one acre lot backing up to natural forest. A pleasant and restful retreat for a family or couple to relax and/or explore the local area. The rear screened in porch is perfect to view the lush and shady yard which has two private driveways for easy parking. The house itself sleeps 7 comfortably with all new furniture throughout. The kitchen has all you will need for home cooking, but many restaurants are also in close vicinity. Wireless internet, new TVs with Roku devices, and washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. We hope that the John Deere House will be an excellent home base that you will love during your stay in Fairhope.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Pets must be crated if left alone in house..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

House was very clean. Secluded but still only 10-15 minutes from downtown. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to prepare meals.

Quietness and the forest
We had a great stay and enjoyed the seclusion. The minor thing was we didn’t have the passcode to get in. I called the owner and gave to me. He started that the code should have emailed to me the day before.
