The worst decision was to book this hotel. We booked 2 rooms and were 4 pax. They knew that we would be checking in; they even sent us a reminder in the morning before check-in, so they were well aware, but still the rooms were not ready. Rooms for double pax did not have 2 bath towels, not a single blanket. Also, they shared the room pictures while booking, but one of the two booked rooms was a totally different room, a below category instead. The lights were not working in the room. After informing them about the non-availability of the blanket, the guy in the reception is asking me to check properly inside the cupboard. He asked me twice to recheck. When a guest is asking for the blanket, then definitely it's not in the room, or else the guest wouldn't have asked, right? Also, do I look blind? Anyways, after reconfirming them twice, they did provide, but WHY do I need to ask for that? Isn't it their responsibility to make the room before the guest arrives? If I need to ask for everything, then I can make my own room, right? Why am I paying for the service? Even the AC's remote wasn't working in one of the rooms. When we informed them, they just said that the engineer is not available at that moment. I understand the engineer may not be available, but at least they can change the room to make the guest comfortable, right? But making guests comfortable doesn't matter to them; they only care about monetary transactions. They gave a discount of 400 rs, but If I can pay 10000 rs for the food and stay, then I can also pay 400 rs, right? Did the discount make the experience of the stay a great one? No, never. Also, the behavior of the employees in the reception was the worst. Whatever we are saying, they are blindly asking us to discuss it with the reservation team over a call. The guest will complain in the reception, right? When the employees in the reception can't handle a single guest complaint, then why are they even standing there? Why does the guest need to call and tell each and everything to the reservation desk? It's very irritating and time-consuming for the customers; the customer is not paying money to invest half of their time to call the reservation desk. The attitude the employees show needs guts. Trust me, the hotel is just running because there isn't another hotel with a swimming pool. But let me tell you, if this is how they continue treating guests, then it will not take even a year for the hotel to crash. The food was great. That was the one and only good part of the hotel. But the experience of the stay made the trip worse. Never again! One can only visit this hotel if you want to experience the worst stay.

Wonderful Stay at Arpita Beach Resort – Highly Recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Arpita Beach Resort with family from 18th to 20th July and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Chandipur Beach, which was very convenient. Highlights: 1. Swimming Pool – Very well maintained and clean. The kids especially loved it. 2. Restaurant – Great food with a wide variety, including Indian and Chinese cuisines. Everything we tried was delicious. 3. Staff & Room Service – Truly 5-star level! The staff were courteous, prompt, and professional, making us feel very welcome. 4. Buffet Breakfast – Superb! It had plenty of options to suit all tastes. It’s clear that the owner is actively involved and committed to maintaining high standards, which reflects in the quality of service delivered by the entire team. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Chandipur!

The beach is unique as the sea water visible only during high tide but walking or running on the flat sea bed early in the morning is quite an experience. Arpita is few meters away from sea beach with very tasty food offered in their restaurant. The breakfast is just awesome with nice spread different on all days of stay. Nice place to relax & enjoy the sleepy town!!!

The breakfast buffet is awsome and comes with the room … its a must try and the staff are so well behaved… they made me black tea for free as they had milk tea … the food and then hotel are so clean … i will surely visit again and with more family members

Hotel & restaurant are excellent with good supporting staff,front desk staff very polite and respond is very good in any way restaurant staff are very good and food is also hygienic with some good sea food ,bar is also good with good staff Thank you
