오르텐시아스 샬레 바라 블랑카(Hortensias Chalets Vara Blanca)

Wonderful family operated chalets and restaurant. Norman, Ms. Hortensias and Catalina were so accommodating and helpful. Made reservations at a local coffee tour and Poas Volcano for us. Breakfast was awesome. The only downside was an issue with the shower. The rooms were dated, but so cute and clean. Highly recommend staying here. The flowers and strawberries are awesome.

Full service Inn nestled in the Costa Rica rainforest. We overlook a valley from the ridge, just across from the Poas Volcano, that you can see from the restaurant patio. Comfortable, individual cabins. Two restaurants in the main building, plus a bar area for parties, events, bigger gatherings. Also has a private meeting room lounge for work. Gardens are a delight - tropical flower explosion. It is also a working farm, and supplies fruits and other items for agriculture. This place and the staff were super nice.

Lovely setting, very nice staff, very good food at a reasonable price. The only problem was that my bathroom and shower floor were dangerously slippery. It needs a paint or decal trea**ent or replacement. It caused me to fall, and I have had persistent back pain for weeks now.

The best thing about this property was the people. Everyone was so gracious and pleasnt and helpful. You can tell they love what they do. Our chalet was perfect. They are small, but very comfortable. It was tucked back in a garden, which was fun to walk through . We would definitely go back to this lication.

Amazing stay! We originally booked 2 nights because it was our first time visiting Costa Rica and didn't want to commit to more in one area, but we loved it so much that we decided to stay a 3rd night. Located close to many amazing waterfall hikes, the Poaz volcano, and the La Paz waterfall. Breakfast included was a huge plus, and their dinner menu and quality was excellent! Very nice cottage style home, amazing views, and an excellent staff. Highly recommend!

Very Nice attention to detail Rooms have heat & hot water Rooms are very quiet & private Service was Excellent from all employees !!

I think this property need to be reevaluated. I don’t think it is worthy of 3 stars. The room was small and the only heat for our cold mountain night was provided by a small space heater that was not adequate. The staff was nice, but the accommodations were sp****.

The property is well taking care. Spectacular views.The Chris**as decoration was beautiful. The room are super neat and I love the detail than the garden outside match the name of the chalet. The food is great and the service even better. Everything about this place is amazing👏. Way to wow!! your customers. Congratulations!!!

Beautiful and simple cabin. A restaurant in the chalet with excellent tasty good. Very friendly snd helpful staff
