호텔 스틸(Hotel Stil)

I only stayed one night and it was very cozy and pleasant. The room was quite spacious qnd had a pretty design. The bathroom was funny, as the floor is heightened and the door looks awkward. The breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, the restaurant is open only up to 8 o'clock in the evening. The location is beautiful and quiet.

We reached the property at around 1.00 am and the person at the reception did not have our booking. This is despite showing the confirmation email from ******* about the booking. Finally after a while he managed to retrieve the booking which took about 30-45 Mts. The check-in process could have been much simpler and hassle free.

So its like -1 degrees celsius outside and my room heater is stone cold, asked the guy at the front desk about it, and if there is something that can be done, he laughed in my face and told me to ask tomorrow ( knowing that i leave tomorrow ). Well at least there is hot water. To bad i have to sleep with my jacked on. There was no proactive solution find, nothing. I wasnt offered a electrical room heater. Its kind of sad really becouse the last time i was here 2 months ago evreything was ok and it was in the middle of winter. Guess this is tipical ...

Très bel établissement pour faire une pause avant ou après la Transalpina. Seul bémol, l'éloignement du centre ville.

En este hotel hicimos dos noches. La primera llegamos ya de noche procedentes de Curtea de Arges, la carretera Transfagarasan y Sibiu. Como no habíamos cenado, nos dejaron entrar al comedor y pedir algo para cenar antes de cerrar cocinas, lo cual fue de agradecer. La comida servida fue correcta. Dicho salón, que se usaba también para el desayuno buffet era amplio y con distancia entre mesas. Hasta ahí lo bueno. Nos ocurrieron dos cosas desagradables. La primera es que entregamos unos pantalones para que fueran lavados y cuando los pedimos al día siguiente no los encontraban y cuando aparecieron la mancha que tenía no se había quitado del todo. Y la segunda es que en la última noche subimos hasta el hotel y habíamos comprado algo de cenar por el camino, ya que la carta del restaurante era bastante escueta y no queríamos repetir lo de la noche anterior. Cuando nos sentamos en las mesas que tenían en el exterior para pedir bebidas y algo de comer de carta (por aquello de no echarle demasiada cara y consumir algo del hotel), el camarero nos espetó que las cocinas estaban cerradas y eso que era más temprano que la noche anterior! A partir de ahí todo fueron malas caras, comportamientos un poco pasotas por parte del camarero y respuestas cortantes y desafiantes. En definitiva, el trato no fue muy bueno y el hotel no estaba ni siquiera cerca del centro de la ciudad. Lo mejor, el precio, unos 47,50€ la habitación doble, con desayuno incluido. Si volviera, buscaría otra opción.
