We had a 4 night stay and overall it was really nice, I do recommend it. Rooms are clean, the staff is super nice and friendly, the pools are maintained properly. However, the food could really use improvement. I got food poisoning on 1st May, which caused a big discomfort during those days and also, every single day I found very old veggies at dinner (rotten salad leaves, most common). I really doubt they didnt notice as they filled the salad bowl...also, the table cloths were dirty all the time. Apart from food, I would suggest adding a bit more beverage options at breakfast and dinner, maybe including sugar free soda as well, not just very sugary juice.

I would like to point out that the experience at this hotel was a terrible one. I bought a weekend for the celebration of March 8, hoping that I will make a pleasant surprise for my wife and we will relax for a few days with our 15-year-old son. the International Women's Day package included the offer of accommodation and half-board with a festive dinner on the evenings of 03.08 and 03.09.2024, as well as a Finger Food lunch on 03.09.2024. Unfortunately, after dinner on 03/09/2024, our 15-year-old son was infected with salmonella and was diagnosed with bacterial enterocolitis. In the morning of 10.03.2024, I requested the hotel reception to call the ambulance that took my son and later, the next day when we arrived in Bucharest, we had to admit him to the Matei Blas Hospital for Infectious Diseases for 5 days for intravenous treatment with antibiotic. I will not tell you anymore about the bile vomiting and diarrheal stools that our son had and in response from this hotel I received a letter with 2 sentences in which they told us that they are sorry but they are a 5 star hotel and I constantly analyze the food and there are no problems and we should contact the insurer. I have uploaded this message in the hope that I will attract the attention of all those who will stay at this hotel where they will pay considerable sums, to pay attention to the food served by this hotel in the self-service regime of the student canteen. Also, all the customers present during the same period complained that there was not enough food served, not having the opportunity to choose from several types of food, missing water or juices that were no longer available towards the end of the meal program. An unpleasant experience that ruined the celebration of my wife and my son's mother. The hotel's pools are extremely dirty, showing deposits and impurities on the bottom of the pools. Far from 5 stars.

We recommend from all points of view. Professionalism, understanding, conditions and comfort. It was my birthday and the people at the hotel prepared a surprise for me, without expecting it. Thank you to everyone from Lotus Therme! Indeed, another standard for Romania and Baile Felix!
