We had an amazing time at Mango House. I would like to give the highest praise to Chef Mortada. He checked on the clients regularly to make sure we were happy with our food and service. He worked very hard. Also Anna and Thomas were excellent servers/waiters ! Very attentive. I would have rated this a 5 however the guest relations/front desk needs to improve. Ahmed was excellent and very helpful however whenever I called for assistance, the phone would ring forever and no one would answer. Additionally, when I called to ask if my car rental representative had arrived, I was told no (without anyone checking). My rental car representative was indeed at the hotel and was waiting for me to come pick up the car. I don’t know if guest relations is short staffed or what, but for the entire 6 days I was there, it was difficult to reach anyone for assistance.
