Fantastic from moment we arrived until we left. The property is beautiful!, and meticulously maintained. The staff genuinely cares about your experience. They make coordinating your activities/adventures hassle free. The food is so good and they work hard to make everything special. We split our trip to CR in two different resorts, first at Rancho and then later at different resort in Manuel Antonio. If you plan on seeing more of CR and staying in multiple locations, I highly suggest making Rancho your last stop because nothing else will compare after your experience there. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I visit two Rancho Pacifico, was something that we had planned for over a year with the hopes of a relaxing break from the world. We never imagined how wonderful the trip could be. It was not only the break we needed, but the incredible treatment, warm, welcome, luxurious accommodations, and some of the best food that we’ve had in decades. Everyone at Rancho Pacifico had a common goal, which was to meet every wish that we can imagine, with a perfect solution and a smile. If you ever imagine, paradise, incredible meals, and one of the best and relaxing sunsets you’ve ever seen, that’s Rancho Pacifico. The absolute best Costa Rica has to offer.

From the moment you arrive through the gate of Rancho Pacifico you feel at peace. The calm, serine environment makes you feel at ease. We were greeted as soon as we stepped out of the 4x4 and offered a fresh juice. We stayed at treehouse Puma and we couldn’t see another structure from our balcony. The View from the Treehouse was 10 out of 10 and all the different birds that landed right in our trees were amazing. When in the main area, Andrey, Jason and all the other staff make you feel welcome and like this is your private oasis. The drinks and service were top notch from Jason and Andrey, whether lounging in the hot tub and chilling at the Bar they were ready to assist! Alan, the general manager made himself available to us, without prompting, to make sure we were getting the best service and experience. Even the owner stopped by, greeted us by our names, to check on the service we were receiving. They coordinated 3 excursions for us and made it so all we had to do was show up. Yoga and the massage were a nice addition to our relaxing wee. The food was amazing and we were astounded to find out Chef Jonathan was only 21! Thank you Rancho Pacifico for making My husband 40th birthday one for the books for my husband, me, his sister and her husband! You are top notch.

We got the honeymoon package and stayed in the suits for half the time and in a tree house for the other half. It was wonderful and the service is top notch.

You can tell this place was designed for relaxation and pampering. The owner, manager, and staff did an amazing job of taking care of everyone. This location is 100/10. I attended a retreat here and it was nothing short of amazing. The massage I had was hands down the best I’ve ever had.

We loved it. The staff was so attentive and every staff member we interacted with knew our names. The food and ambience and style was fabulous. The owner was often attending to the needs of the residents and was so nice to chat with and made sure everything went swimmingly on all fronts. Our suite, (Tamandua) was just fabulous with beautiful views and so well appointed and spacious. Totally recommend staying there. We shall be back!
