I cannot express just how fabulous and rejuvenating this three-night stay has been for my mum, sister and I. From moment we stepped into the building, our every need was met and enquiry satisfied by the most welcoming staffing team. A special mention simply has to be extended to Annette, a brilliant smile, kind heart and witty humour put me right at ease from the get go! True hospitality seems to come second-hand to you Annette and I felt genuinely taken care of, for this I’m eternally grateful. See you again soon!

I joined Champney Springs 2 years ago and I decided to work with Personal Trainer and I chose Julie Skinner. Julie has been my Personal Trainer for 2 years and she is knowledgable, experienced, professional, talented, smart and importantly always smiles and makes me laugh. She is very kind and a great listener. Julie is not only my Personal Trainer, she is like family, very understanding and never forces me if I am struggling. She is always patient in teaching how to make each exercise work and she has taught me many things about wellbeing and how to live healthily. Julie is a real asset to Champneys!

A visit to Champneys Springs Spa is just what I needed. Treated to a first class Elemis Biotec facial with Premier Therapist, Janet John. This lady is a specialist. Attention to detail and extra special somethings are her trademark Feeling pampered, rejuvenated, youthful and grateful.

Lovely place! Just wanted to make a special shout out to Charlotte from the Elemis counter for being exceptionally helpful! Providing me with the option to call her directly and order products over the phone the next day as my mobile had run out of battery and I had a voucher to use! She was honestly so wonderful and the service was so much more than what is usually expected.

Terrible experience from not having teaspoons, knives, hot water and coffee at breakfast, over crowding, with no available beds/chairs by the pool to my therapist texting on her phone while having a treatment- we expected better from the Champneys brand. A view that was shared by many of the people visiting on that day! Will not be returning.

I spent the day at Champneys Springs and had a thoroughly fabulous time. The new facilities are absolutely amazing. The food was really good and the waitress, Catrina was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, helpful and very attentive. 5 star service from Catrina. Thank you :0)

Visited on a day spa, check in and breakfast were both good. Pool areas looking tired, in need of updating. Lunch was ok apart from the fact there were ants all over, even one on my plate. It was a sunny day so no seats available outside because people leave towels and robes on them when not in use for hours on end. 3 water fountains in the relaxation area which were empty for the majority of the day. Service in the cafe very slow, one member of staff making hot drinks etc. Treatments were very disappointing. My massage was ‘ok’ but didn’t have much finesse about it and my friends massage she described as ‘the worst massage she had ever had’ and said she just felt poked and prodded for the whole time. Should have received a ‘free calm gift’ as part of the package we booked but didn’t. Overall a very disappointing day.

My sister have visited Springs many, many, many times before, so this review is long overdue. Going to Springs is just like being home from home, and on every visit we literally feel our bodies and minds begin to relax, as soon as our cab turns left into Gallows Lane. On every visit we are treated as if we are family, returning after an absence, and we are showered with special care from the time we arrive to the time we depart. I can honestly say, that for the staff to care of us, nothing is too much trouble. Although all staff on the resort are kind, thoughtful and friendly, special thanks must be given to: Carol Harvey - for excellent and calm managing and for always being around to support, help and work alongside her staff when things get busy. Annette Franklin - for 5 star care, concern and general 'know how' Julie - (house keeping) for extra blankets and knowing how to work electric stuff Evie - for an endless supply of towels in the sauna Kylie and Veena - for help with bookings Sasima - for her kind and patient service at the café Dulcie - for fantastic massages, the best ever Lucy G - for being attentive and patient in the restaurant The Yoga teacher - for great sessions and Chakra yoga! and for all the other staff behind the scenes who always make our stays so fabulous. Thank you for always making us feel so special, so comfortable, and so relaxed.

I found the gait scan very interesting and helpful. Deepak gave a lot of information and took plenty of time to explain it to me thoroughly in a way I could understand. I have bunions & flat feet. I understand that the problems I have did not suddenly appear, but developed over my lifetime. I purchased insoles to help with my balance and foot support going forward.
