Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa

Excellent staff who clearly make the extra effort so you enjoy your stay. For our evening meal we had the pork belly sharing platter in Hillfield restaurant which was lovely. Breakfast in the Thesis was included with the room where you can order from the menu and help yourself to a well stocked buffet. I had the eggs Benedict, pictured below. The spa is very well maintained with a pleasant atmosphere. Would love to come back again.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel between Xmas and New Year. It was only a one night stay as a treat/rest from a hectic few weeks and it definitely delivered that. The spa was just amazing, Plenty of space so didn't feel too busy. A excellent variety of different rooms and areas to use. Changing rooms were a room in themselves. I also had a treatment and it was excellent. We had access to this as soon as we checked in. We used it again the next morning and virtually had the place to ourselves as it was before the day spa guest arrived. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, every amenity you could ask for. We did have a maintenance issue but that was sorted very professionally by staff. We had a meal in the bar in the evening and the food was excellent. One of the best things with this hotel was the staff that we encountered throughout our stay. They were all so friendly and yet professional at the same time and we thank them for making our stay so special. We cant wait to return again and would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering going, its well worth it.

I stayed at Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa on 3rd and 4th November 2023. It was a truly relaxing experience. The hotel room was amazing especially in size. It gave me Bridgerton show vibes... absolutely loved the spa. The staff exceptionally welcoming and caring... Highly recommended for family get togethers. Prior to going I checked the gallery . When I actually went , I saw the place was so much better than the pictures. Absolutely loved it.

This place just gets better and better. We have stayed here a few times over the years and we were so surprised they have updated it so much! We have always said it’s the perfect place to relax and this time was even better. They have added sections to the spa making it bigger than previously remembered. Our room was outstanding and beautiful, it overlooked the spa and it was the perfect morning to wake up to. It was a pleasure to see James on reception as he was present working on our wedding day over 6 years ago. He still remembers us after all these years and is always welcoming. It was also a delight to see Roy in the bar. Roy always has a smile on his face and is so accommodating for all the guests. This place is special not only because of the accommodation and the facilities. But because the staff are amazing and make it feel like a second home. Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Kettle

We had an incredible three night stay. We highly recommend staying for more than one night. You won’t regret it. The spa, the food, the staff, all perfect. The beds and the pillows make it feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The hydro pool is the best we have ever been in. All the steam rooms and relaxing beds to lounge on just make it a perfect place to relax. Breakfast is unreal. So much choice. There was a pianist playing in the bar one evening, just beautiful. The grounds are so well kept that just walking around the hotel is lovely. We will be back very soon. Thank you all at Pennyhill Park.

The hotel does not have a lift despite being a 5 star rating. The top rated bedroom had no fridge and milk and bottles of water were out on the top of a chest oif drawers. Christmas was a disaster with the Christmas Day Lunch being badly organised. Wine and canapes were supposed to be at 2pm, arrived at 3pm, Our main course was served at 5.15pm. Very bad service and presumably a chaotic kitchen. Complained to the Catering Manager who had no reasonable excuse, most people booked into the very crowded dining room also complained and the ones we spoke to had some refund on their bill. The General Manager has accepted our complaint and has offered a free stay which quite frankly we are not looking forward to.

Would like to thank everyone at PHP especially James Pettitt, for the incredible way my wife and I were treated recently. PHP is a very special place and if you are reading this and are considering treating you wife to a special day please don't hesitate to book. Dinner at the Latymer was amazing and I would also like to thank all the staff and a special mention to Steve Smith who has maintained the very high standards. Hope to see you all again soon.

Delightful room with a superb shower. The Spa was a really relaxing experience and ii will definitely go and relax there again Wonderful service from all concerned. Adam, who I believe has an intrinsic role in the Highfield restaurant could not have been more attentive. Holly Dance in the reception was beyond good! Holly made our anniversary celebration week end, one which my wife and I will treasure. Through Holly we have already booked our next stay.

Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Amy on reception in particular was very attentive & welcoming, we felt that if we had any issues Amy would’ve gone above and beyond to have rectified them. The restaurant food was very tasty & we especially appreciated the nice touches left in the room for our 9yr old daughter. That was a lovely unexpected treat! Thank you!
