Two night stay, fantastic value given the location, staff very helpful and friendly, even understood my school boy french. Rooms very nice, large and comfortable.

As other trip advisors have noted, the Hotel Le Normandie's website does NOT accurately reflect the decrepit condition of the hotel. After checking out the "standard" room, which was a hellhole that would not meet anyone's "standards," I paid to upgrade to a "superior" room. Yes it was a large room, but in poor condition (see photos). Broken furniture, stained carpets, and the hot water was almost non-existent when it came to bathing. In addition, the first and last meal I had at the Hotel Le Normandie was certainly the worst meal I had in several weeks of traveling throughout France, and one of the worst I've had in about 10 years of visiting various regions of France. (Monsieur Bibendum, are you listening??) I found the staff to be extremely jaded, offering poor service - except for a kindly young man who was handling the cheese cart duties. What really hurt was the 6 (!) euros I was charged for a cup of coffee (a total breakfast at the hotel ran for 7-9 euros!). I was told the 6 euro charge was because it was a "double," even though I did not ask for a "double." When I brought it up with the manager, I received no recompense or even an apology. I thought, why am I staying here and supporting this place with my patronage?? Thankfully the manager let me leave a day early, but I was still charged a full fee for that night despite getting out of there by 3:00 p.m. It speaks to the magnitude of my unhappiness that I was willing to eat a sizeable night's lodging fee to depart. I would rechristen the place Hotel Le "Abnormandie" -- not up to the Logis standards at all.

Couple d hoteliers restaurateurs très accueillants. Bonne cuisine chambre propre et confortable .Nous recommandons tout à fait ces professionnels meritants . Séjour à l'occasion de l'utilisation d une box le 15 avril 2025 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons séjournés le week end du 21 septembre 2024. Très bon accueil en arrivant, nous avons pu profité de l'espace detente (spa hamman jaccuzi) vraiment excellent, chambre propre et bien tenue, diner du soir vraiment très bon avec un service impeccable et une amabilité et extreme gentillesse des serveurs! Un petit dejeuner très copieux comme on les aimes avec un large choix a deguster! Nous reviendrons très vite ! excellent rapport qualité prix aussi ! et très bien placé a deux pas du centre ville !

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l’Hôtel le Normandie à Bagnoles de l’Orne, charmante petite ville avec son lac et ses commerces à proximité. L’hôtel est très propre et bien placé. Chambre confortable avec sa salle d’eau attenante. Très bon petit déjeuner, copieux et varié. Le restaurant offre une carte très variée et de qualité. L’accueil, la qualité des services et la gentillesse des propriétaires en font un atout considérable. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

La patronne des lieux est vraiment professionnelle et a l écoute de ces clients l hôtel est pas mal chambre correct literie très bien La restauration et le personnel ainsi que son mari doivent s amélioré ils ne sont pas a l écoute des clients nous rembarent est exceptionnel j ose l espérer ,ils ne savent pas se remettre en question c est le client qui a tord bref affreux nous avons cru une caméra caché tellement improbable de nous faire disputer de choisir des plat sans tels ou tels chose pour au final avoir les plats sans les modifications demandées.
