I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided during my recent stay at your hotel. Despite booking your hotel based on positive reviews, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. No basic amenities provided: no blankets, water, or breakfast were provided during my stay. These are basic facilities that were clearly mentioned as part of the booking. 2. Unhygienic practices: i observed that used water bottles were being refilled and resealed, which is highly unhygienic and unacceptable. 3. Unclean room: the room was not cleaned despite multiple reminders to your staff. The condition of the room was far below the standard expected of your establishment.

Unprofessional staff and service is very poor also breakfast quality is not good and they don’t have varieties of breakfast

the stay and the location of the hotel is good once with second yesterday the rooms were quite clean and big. Still, the only issue we faced is that the ac is not working the complaint was raised that they itself and its acting this said they will send a technician and get it done. Still, we are here since 2 days and the ac is not get working we are staying in goa without ac its too hot here it's it's difficult to stay without ac. We have already paid for the ac rooms the hotel staff does not care about the customers we have lost the complaint@ception photo five times but still no one came to solve the problem of the ac we have to suffer a lot due to heat in the rooms it was a very and pleasant stay here i think the hotel should look into the matter that no other customer should face this problems since customers come here for enjoyment and when the customers face problems to unpleasant stay at the hotels even after paying that doesn't so i request the hotel to take out this. Overall the stay was not very good it was a bad experience even though after paying so much of amount.
