Excellent customer service, great food, clean nce property. Viji is very helpful and looking into needs, yoga preparing lovely and tasty food. Rest of the staff maintaining & keeping the property well. We had 2N 3D at this lovely well maintain property.

Amazing and very cozy bungalow with breathtaking views of the mountains. Ruba and Meena are the best at taking care of all the needs while we were staying.

A really special landscape and brilliant service, especially from Ruba, who deserves very high praise! we have enjoyed our time here a lot and would come back here many times if we could. The food was really excellent. And incredible views!

Fabulous classic Tea Plantation residence set in the hills with stunning views and outstanding hospitality. The property has 5 bedrooms amd a wedding suite for honey mooners. Ruba, the front of house Manager is a wonderful host, with an impeccable understanding of guests needs. The food was tasty, and dinners were 4 courses! So be hungry!! Breakfast outside on the terrace completes a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

What a delightful destination. A Scottish style Edwardian House in the middle of Sri Lanka. We were warmly welcomed by Ruba, who met us and transported our luggage to our room. He made tea and explained details that we needed for our stay. The 'Warwick' room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom offered a super bath as well as a shower. The views from the windows were magnificent. There was an excellent choice of food, all served by Ruba with such gracefulness. On our second day, Ruba offered us a guided tour of the tea plantation around the hillside, where village houses, a school and fields/allotments are sited. He also informed us of the history of Warwick Gardens and showed us the tea factory. It was all very interesting. The gardens of the house are immaculate and all was very peaceful. Ruba was a magnificent host and I am sure that he will go far in his ambitions within Hotel Management, and even in his desire to play cricket. Thank you for your hospitality, a truly memorable experience.

Lovely visit at an idyllic setting with unparalleled views. Very comfortable rooms, delicious food and excellent service from Ruba and Prashanth. Ruba was exceptionally hard working and welcoming and took us on an excellent walk on the private tea estate. A very special stay!!
