호텔 에쉔호프(Ortners Eschenhof - Alpine Slowness)

Super ontvangen in een heel gezellig en net hotel. Het ontbijt in de gezellige ontbijtzaal was zeer uitgebreid en lekker.

Originally Austrian Hotel and everything so nice. Great welcome on arrival (for us and also for our dog). Nice and big room, with a terrace and garden area, so good for the dog! The outdoor heated pool is amazing. I love it The food also was great! Oh ya... Our dog also loves Bella, a nice dog from Hotel. Recommended!

Good hotel. Large rooms. Nice sauna and in and outdoor swimmingpool. Breakfast is good. A lot of choices. It is very nice that there is soup and a small snack in between 13.00-16.00 hour. Dinner is variable. Portions are small. We had a nice stay.

3rd time at this hotel but sadly our last. Hotel and facilities are great, reception staff are very friendly and fun however we were really let down by the dining experience which used to be amazing.... To start with we were given the wine list, less than 1 minute later we were asked our selection so we explained we needed time to look at the menu, just 1 minute later the waiter asked again - in the end we were served a totally incorrect bottle of wine. This was followed by being served a main course before we had even been given our starters and the evening just continued from that point a little bit like a comedy sketch....... the staff are friendly but clearly very inexperienced, hopefully this will change with time. However the real complaint was the uninspiring food. The soup was absolutely tasteless - no salt or seasoning at all and the main course was really awful, it was bland, unimaginative and very boring. I actually left my meal and went to fill up at the salad bar but at 8 pm this had all been cleared away so I ended up eating the 2 pieces of unsalted broccoli, gave the potato to my husband and hid the tasteless meat underneath my napkin! The cook really needs to taste and season the food before it is sent out to the customers. Sorry but it was awful and very boring! After dinner at 20:30 we went to find someone from the hotel to speak to about the meal but there wasn't a single person available - the bar and reception were totally empty of both staff and guests and the management were nowhere to be seen, eventually we gave up and went to bed. Please please please employ your old cook as the food used to be amazing and my last review of your hotel was 5 stars

Very nice hotel for the money, clean comfy room, friendly staff, natural mineral water from a local spa, fantastic breakfast. The spa, saunas etc are also clean, a free chocolate bar upon leaving, I was very impressed and will return for a longer stay next time I take my motorbike to the alps

Schönes Hotel nur drei Minuten Fußweg vom Skilift entfernt Das Essen der Service die Zimmer waren gut. Reichhaltig und sauber und freundlich Sauna und Pool sehr sauber und ansprechend Toller Kinderbereich mit Unterhaltungsprogramm für die kleinsten

Il Ortners Eschenhof è un bellissimo hotel in centro al paese di Bad Kleinkircheim. Fin dall'entrata si assapora l'amore per la natura, nelle piccole e grandi cose che si notano in tutto l'hotel. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, due adulti, nostra figlia e il nostro cagnolino Rocky. Come dico sempre chi ama gli animali... ha una marcia in più! In tutto l'hotel sono presenti asciugamani dedicati ai nostri amici a 4 zampe con cui asciugare le zampine bagnate e sporche, un tocco di gentilezza mai visto altrove, tanti complimenti. L'hotel non è solo pet-firendly ma anche eco-friendly, infatti i saponi naturali per la doccia e la vasca da bagno, i pannelli fotovoltaici, ed altri piccoli indizzi fanno di questo hotel un grande esempio di civiltà. Le stanze sono spaziose, con tantissimi spazi per il guardaroba, pavimento a parquet, ampio bagno con vasca e doccia, vano separato per il wc. Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di prendere una delle ultime stanze a piano terra con giardino, poco utile in inverno, ma sicuramente spettacolare in estate. Letto per nostra figlia nella stessa stanza.... forse poca privacy, ma una stanza molto confortevole. In stanza, per chi ha l'amico a 4 zampe al seguito, viene fornito un kit di ciotole e tappettino. L'area benessere è organizzata con due piscine, una interna ed una esterna, entrambe riscaldate, un bagno turco, sauna e cabina infrarossi. Per gli amanti dei massaggi, è a disposizione un ampio spazio dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata di fatiche.... non posso dare opinioni perchè non ne ho usufruito. Le piste da sci sono a 50m dall'hotel, raggiungibili con scarponi ai piedi, e in 10 minuti a piedi si è in centro al paese. Per chi non scia, esistono tantissimi percorsi di trekking in mezzo alla splendida Austria, forse sono di parte ma è davvero uno stato incredibile. La pensione 3/4 è una delle mie formule preferite, una ampia colazione, una merenda per chiudere un bucanino con tisane e spuntini, e una bella cena. Le bevande, compresa l'acqua, sono tutte a pagamento, per cui sappiatelo che al mattino troverete lo scontrino da firmare... e la mancia ( in Austria è gradita ). Cosa non mi è piaciuto.... forse l'unica cosa è l'acqua a cena...

Alpine Slowness, habe ich vor der Anreise leicht fragend gelesen, jedoch wenn man dort ist, weiß man was gemeint ist! Wir haben das Wochenende wirklich genossen! Vom Check in bis zum Check out war alles perfekt! Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Frühstück mit hervorragenden Eierspeisen auf Wunsch, sehr gutes Abendessen! Einfach zum Wohlfühlen und jederzeit zum Wiederholen! Auch die diversen Spritz waren lecker! Toll haben wir empfunden, wie das Personal bei z.B. nicht richtig funktionierender Schneidemaschine für Speck zusammen hilft! Wir konnten auch den relativ kleinen Wellnessbereich genießen, da sehr wenig Gäste da waren! Das einzige, dass uns leicht enttäuschte war, wie mein Mann die Liste für die Massagen sich ansehen wollte, da er gleich für den nächsten Tag gebucht hätte, wurde er darauf hingewiesen, dass er dies im Zimmer machen sollte?!? Wir hatten auch noch Wetterglück.

Die Reservierung hat reibungslos geklappt, zu unserer Freude wurden - um unnötige Kosten für den Gast zu ersparen (?) - bereits im Vorhinein Unverträglichkeiten abgefragt. Ich habe diese schriftlich angegeben und sicherheitshalber ein paar Tage davor angerufen, um nachzufragen, ob ich nicht vielleicht doch eigenes Brot, Aufstriche etc. mitnehmen sollte. Das wurde abgelehnt. Leider wurde vor Ort überhaupt keine Rücksicht auf meine Unverträglichkeiten genommen, das "speziell" für mich gerichtete war am 3. Tag einmal eine klare Suppe, einmal ungewürzter Risottoreis (sehr al dente). Auf mein Nachfragen nach den Inhaltsstoffen beim Essen wurde ich mit "das passt schon" abgehandelt, was zT. doch nicht gestimmt hat und aufgrund der Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten mit dem Personal auch nicht weiter besprochen werden konnte. Das glutenfreie Brot war sogar schimmlig, ich konnte vom Frühstücksbuffet jeden Tag die gleichen 3 Sachen essen, von der reichhalten Nachmittagsjause nur Obst und am Abend gab es bis auf ein einziges Mal (nur die Suppe!) nie gluten- bzw. milchproduktfreie Speisen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, aber für ein 4*Hotel ist bereits recht strapazierter Teppichboden nicht angebracht, kein Kosmetikspiegel im Badezimmer, leere Wasserflasche vom 1. Tag (im Zimmer mit 2 Gläsern für eine 3-erBelegung) stand den Rest der Woche leer herum, ein Glas wurde nach Benutzung weggebracht aber nicht ersetzt. Starke Geräuschkulisse aus dem Nebenzimmer (duschen, Nase putzen). Lt. Homepage werden im Wellnessbereich verschiedene Behandlungen angeboten, auf mein Nachfragen bereits beim Check in wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass Frau Ortner das nicht mehr wirklich macht - warum wird es dann noch angepriesen? Wir haben uns als Gäste weder willkommen geschweige denn umsorgt gefühlt. Uns tut es wirklich leid, so viel Geld für diese Woche ausgegeben zu haben.
