Northland Resort Hotel

Updating my 2019 review... There are no new hotels in the area, otherwise I would have tried them. Changes? There has been some maintenance throughout that has improved things. Internet varies. They are attracting large groups business and that is probably helping their ability to handle the property. The free breakfast is not bad, but better on the filipino side. The pool is a popular part of the attraction and families love it. To get your room cleaned you have to advise the front desk. Making the reservation was done through family locally; seemed impossible online? Elevator was not working so lots of exercise climbing the stairs. They dropped names like Presidential Suite etc, which is good because they really can't live up to them. The furniture is tired, and if your room separation is broken, it is just broken with no prospect of them doing anything about it. I'll never understand the management of these places.
