Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, not too easy getting into car park with our van as big transit size. Adequate enough for one night stay.

Spotlessly clean modern room in a lovely quiet courtyard. Plenty of parking or a short walk from the train station and town centre where there’s a good choice of restaurants. John, the owner, gave me a warm welcome and is a very friendly guy. If he could make one small improvement I’d love to see USB A&C chargers each side of the bed as I like to have my phone on charge, but that’s just me! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

Great find in Ayr. Lovely accomodation with very pleasant hosts. Great value for money. Lovely and quiet at night and short walk from all facilities. Could not fault it and would stay again. Only suggestion is , if you like a herbal tea pop some in your bag when packing and if staying longer than 1 night a mini fridge would be great.

A lovely place to stay which is well positioned for the town, beach and surrounding area. The cottage of which there are three, was exceptionally clean, well presented and modern. There was ample private parking. The owners were lovely people and very welcoming and happy to help in anyway they could. Highly recommended and we would certainly stay there again.

Superb! Lovely room leading right off the back garden and parking courtyard, everything seemingly brand new and renovated in the room and bathroom, friendly and helpful owner. No breakfast at the lodging but restaurants within walking distance.

Great set up with direct access to rooms from courtyard. Immaculately clean and well appointed. Fantastic value for money and good communication from owner before and during visit. Will definitely use again.
