Ich bin ehrlich gesagt erstaunt über einige der negativen Bewertungen für das Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort, denn mein Aufenthalt war durchweg positiv. Der Service im Hotel ist herausragend. Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und stets bereit, den Gästen bei ihren Anliegen zu helfen. Die positive Einstellung und das Engagement des Personals haben meinen Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gestaltet. Das kulinarische Angebot im Hotel verdient ebenfalls Lob. Die Vielfalt an Speisen ist beeindruckend, und die Qualität der Gerichte ist hervorragend. Egal ob beim Frühstücksbuffet oder den à-la-carte-Menüs, es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Auswahl an Speisen hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals haben einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Jeder Mitarbeiter scheint bestrebt zu sein, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Obwohl das Hotelteam sehr bemüht ist, die Einrichtungen sauber zu halten, scheint es, dass einige Touristen leider nicht den gleichen Respekt für die Gemeinschaftsbereiche aufbringen. Man kann das Hotel Management nicht dafür verantwortlich machen, wie sich manche Gäste benehmen, darum verdient das Hotelpersonal Anerkennung für ihre Bemühungen die Anlage in einem einwandfreien Zustand zu halten. Der Spa- und Poolbereich sind definitiv Highlights des Resorts. Die Einrichtungen sind gut gepflegt, und es gibt eine breite Palette an Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Raum bietet eine angenehme Rückzugsmöglichkeit nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Insgesamt kann ich das Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die positiven Erfahrungen mit dem herausragenden Service, der exzellenten Küche und den komfortablen Unterkünften überwiegen bei Weitem mögliche Unannehmlichkeiten durch das Verhalten einiger weniger Gäste. Die Kommunikation im Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort ist besonders reibungslos für diejenigen, die der englischen Sprache mächtig sind. Das Personal im Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort ist äußerst zuvorkommend und professionell. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Maria Loizou für ihre liebevolle Hilfsbereitschaft und das Aufgeben unserer Postkarten. Auch an die Dame, an der Cafébar, welche durch ihre Freundlichkeit und Effizienz zu einem rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland

A huge shoutout for the night shift worker kostas on ensuring me and my friends were safe and no trouble was occurring. Our flight had been cancelled and he went out of his way to get us a hotel for the night and knocked some money off for us. I asked him “why do you do it go out your way for other people?” His response was to make sure you lot have the best experience possible. And also very friendly bar staff and drinks were cheap too.

I was here for 10 days for the 1st time. I am going back to Serbia with very good and beautiful memories. Appartment was beautiful in the hotel, the food excellent, the service extremely polite, kind, helpfull and warm. My husband and I plan to come here again next summer and I will cooperate with this hotel in my business.

Wow superb spotless hotel, helpfull staff , we did BnB and the food at breakfast was first class especially the homemade omelette, ideal position for beach restaurants and bars , couldn't have asked for more from a holiday at the Flamingo Paradise and we hope to return again next year , Billy & Karen Liverpool

This was our third visit to Infinity Blu and we’ve already booked our fourth for next Summer. It is the most relaxing, friendly place with amazing staff! Everything is spotless, food is outstanding and drinks are free flowing! The boardwalk allows for evening walks up to the harbour or down to Protaras and the beach is beautiful, with such clear waters, definitely take a snorkel! There’s never an issue with sun beds, so you can sleep in and not worry! Shout out to Andrulla for generally being lush every morning and always sporting a smile! See you all in 349 days and counting!

Stayed at the amanti in August 2024, and it is a beautiful hotel,.Can't really fault anything about it, the room, food staff, pool area etc all great. We stayed in a room on the fourth floor, with a good view of the pool area, the room was very clean, with tea, coffee etc. Liked the system of allocated sunbeds, totally takes the stress out of up early to get one, and you can move if you want to. A couple of days we walked down to the beach (about 10 minutes),which is lovely.The food is absolutely lovely with plenty of choice, we also ate at the rooftop restaurant as my husband celebrated his 60th birthday whilst out there and we got a complimentary glass of champagne, and whilst we were out during the day, they'd put a cake and a card in the room, which was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly from the waiters, and also the pool staff, giving us water during the day. Overall great hotel and would definitely return, and recommend.

나쁜 : 야외 수영장과 전용 디럭스 풀은 난방이 안되고 사용하기에 무리가 없으며 실내 스파 풀은 매우 차갑습니다 (그러나 사용할 수 있음), 모든 방에있는 커피 머신이지만 커피 캡슐을 지불합니다. 디럭스 부분 바다 전망 객실에서 실제 직접 바다 전망은 없습니다 (발코니에서만).
전반적으로 좋지만 개선 될 수 있습니다. 가격을 낮추거나 문제를 해결할 때까지 다시 오지 않을 것입니다.

Hotel is clean and breakfast is super good. Pool bar service is nice and there are enough sun beds for all, no need to reserve beds at early morning. Noise coming from other rooms are clear and loud, you can hear what they speak even they speak at normal volume, this was only thing I didnt like. Luckily our neighbour was older couple, so no big deal.

We had an amazing time at Nestor Hotel in August 2024. I would like to mention especially the pool, which is the best I’ve ever been and special thanks to the lifeguard, Christina. She is always very very careful with the guests, to make sure they have everything they need. She is not only doing her job from safeguard point of view, trying yo foresee any problem that might appear and prevent it, but also taking care that the umbrellas are open, or closed, according to everyone’s wishes, drinks are there to prevent dehydration and so on. This year I was with my daugther there and from time to tine she gave swimming advice, si that my daugther actually starting swimming alone. Big big thanks yo her! Amazing place to go 💞

OO5267KUjoannedWe stayed in a suite off site. It was very spacious and had recent been renovated. Lovely shower area and great continuous flowing water. Only draw back for this accommodation is the walk early every morning to secure sun beds. You need to be up around 6 to get a decent position. Food was lovely and plenty for vegetarians. Drinks are brilliant. Entertainment is rubbish - short walk to the town centre where there are.plenty of shops and bars. The poolside snack bar is fantastic - meals are massive! This means you don't have to completely dry off and go inside to eat. One member of staff in the dining room was over familiar and became a pest. We told reception about this son hopefully this has been addressed

VValentin LWe spent a perfect week in this hotel at the end of June. Hotel at a very good level. Common areas everywhere clean, rooms are cleaned every day and after each cleaning we found clean towels in the bathroom. Helpful and accommodating hotel staff. A couple of times we needed something at the reception and it was always taken care of in no time. The food was also very decent and the service was friendly. Beautiful beach with crystal clear water. We had free sunbeds and towels from the hotel which was also nice.

Currently staying at the Sunny Blue hotel, in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. Wasn't sure what to expect given limited reviews. But seriously...no need to worry. Its a fab hotel. Looks like it has undergone a refurb, as rooms are pretty luxurious. Huge, comfy beds and a flat screen telly. Nice bathroom too, with plenty of hot water. Lovely pool area with cascading water features, and jacuzzi bubbles one end. Complimentary breakfast included which was half decent. Season almost at an end so hotel quiet which is perfect for us, as we are the only ones by the pool...bliss!! Only 10 mins into resort so ideal. Would definitely return to this hotel, given the price we paid. Highly recommend.

리리뷰어Recently returned after a lovely family holiday first time to Cyprus for all of us and weather did not disappoint. Hotel positives - very clean and modern with daily visits by the maids - reception staff very helpful providing extra pillows etc on request and able to give advice of the local area which was very central and ideal within walking distance of beaches, shops and nightlife - which was helpful due to the lack of entertainment at the hotel. Despite being advertised as having ‘regular evening entertainment’ this consisted of a background singer / duo on a Tuesday and Friday night. This did not cater to families who then had to resort to going out of the hotel to find alternative entertainment venues to suit a family - therefore not a particularly good use of the all inclusive package - which was a shame as the all inclusive drinks options was quite extensive compared to other places we have stayed offering a large range of cocktails, beers and spirits. During the day you had to be up pretty early to get a sun-bed in the pool area. The pool itself was lovely and warm which was an helpful as you were unable to leave children unsupervised due to the pool being all one depth. Unless you were over 5’7” you were unable stand up anywhere in the main pool therefore unable to play with the children - there is a very small seated / jacuzzi area at one end of the pool which got quite busy and an ankle deep raised area at one side but nothing in between for mid-age children or their under 5’7” parents! There is a very small children's pool with a slide however our youngest (5) preferred not to play in there due to the sheer capacity of children AND adults who took to sitting in there! Food - breakfast was as expected offering cereal, continental and cooked with the bonus of freshly made pancakes much to the delight of our children. Lunch - nice choices however we regularly ate from the snack bar as more accommodating for the family needs. Evening meals VERY repetitive with very little choice or variety for the children and even the adults becoming fed up after a few days ( thank goodness for mcdonalds which was literally next door) one very small improvement could be to offer ice cream as a dessert in the restaurant as other than fresh fruit there was nothing they would eat. While we would be unlikely to stay again with young children we would not rule out as returning as adults only holiday or much older children. Don’t want to end on a negative as we did enjoy our holiday and this was partly due to the stafff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome in particular bar staff Eleni, Anna- Marie and the lifeguard / barman/ waiter Pari who spoke to us regularly and interacted well with the children ( he needs a pay rise as never stopped morning noon or night 😂)

리리뷰어Firstly before we even arrived I emailed the hotel multiple times with a query we had about our upcoming stay and they just ignore you and never get back to you (other guests have also said this has happened to them). The staff are very rude and have no interest in their guests (apart from one man making the pancakes every morning at breakfast he was so polite and loves to talk to all guests). The so called lifeguard is the rudest man you’ll ever meet, he just sits there talking to people on his phone while rolling tobacco cigarettes yet he had the audacity to shout at my boyfriend in front of everyone for jumping in the pool even though there were NO signs whatsoever that jumping in the pool was forbidden (just diving - which he didn’t do). He shouted “hey you do you want me to say it in another language” being rude and sarcastic. You have to pay for wifi and it only works in the room or reception area it doesn’t work by the pool or by the bar so I had to use my mobile data even though I paid for the wifi. Some days the hotel doesn’t play any music at all around the pool so it’s just complete silence and when they do play music, it’s the same awful depressing cover versions of pop songs on a continuous loop every 5 songs. There is only entertainment 3 nights a week and it is very short and not very good (it’s either a singer or dancer). It’s so bad that most people tend to go out into Ayia Napa and find their own entertainment, which is what we have done every night as we had no idea how boring the hotel was when we booked which is outrageous considering we have paid all inclusive and we still go out every day spending money The food is average but not very good at all. You have to pay for the mini fridge in the hotel room - not just to consume the items inside but to actually unlock the fridge door! So you can’t cool your own food and drink without paying for access to your fridge. You also have to pay for the wifi, safe and bottled water. The sunbeds are awful and uncomfortable and some are broke. The hotel is advertised as being ON the soft sand beach when in fact the beach it is on is a rocky beach that is only used for fishing and you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the soft sand beach where you are able to sunbathe and you have to pay for each sun bed. After being here 2 days we went and inquired about a late check out for in 5 days time because we knew they might not have availability as normal hotel check out time is 12pm and we were getting picked up at 6pm. We were told to come back and check again the next day which we did, just to be told again to come back and check again the day after and this happened every day until the morning we were leaving for them to say there was not ONE room available for us to have for a late check out as our transfer wouldn’t be picking us up for hours. This left us with no room or shower for 6 hours forced to just sit around in reception. Genuinely the only good thing about this h
