나르키소스 워터파크 리조트(Narcissos Waterpark Resort)

We visited the week after half term, Family of 7 and cant think of any negatives at all. The staff were great, helpful & friendly. Bar staff always happy and good fun. The hotel pool / waterpark facilities were excellent The food again was great, loads of choice good quality and varied. Catered for 2 very fussy kids, 1 vegan, 1 veggie in our party no problem. The rooms were basic but good, did the job, cleaned daily as well. Fully recommend

Booked this hotel as a last minute trip after having to cancel a holiday the week before (son was in hospital) and I’m so glad we found this lovely little gem. The staff are a credit to the hotel, so friendly and welcoming. I have to have a gluten free diet and the head chef showed me each day what I could eat from the buffet or offered to make something for me. There was plenty of variety for the rest of the family and the food was lovely. The rooms are spacious and everywhere throughout the hotel was clean and tidy. We spent most of the time at the water park which was great fun for the kids and adults included. The evening entertainment area is quite small (the stage area itself) but there’s plenty of seating to sit out at night time if you wanted to. I’ve seen in another review that the same person does the day time activities plus DJ at night which is true but he’s got bundles of energy and was well liked by guests. Really easy and cheap to access bus routes to both Protaras and Ayia Napa if you do want to venture out. We’re so pleased that we booked to stay here. Really enjoyed ourselves

We stayed for 5 nights last week, room was nice and food was okay, not a massive selection for kids but could always find something we liked. Waterpark was good but the best part of the hotel was Callum who looked after the entertainment, he always made sure the kids were having fun even when it was raining! All the other staff seemed friendly but the hotel really wouldn't be the same without him!

Food was horrible- no choose, cold, whole week no more fruits like banana’s, apples . Same with desserts- no choose. All inclusive bar- very poor. All Sun beds before 8 reserved ( the hotel rules is - all towel before 9 will be removed- no one form the staff care about this) . Very small place for mini disco ( the same one person provides mini disco, aqua aerobic , and water polo) . Room was clean. Definitely No recommend

Stayed here as a family of 3 in the Easter holidays and had a great time. Stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was spacious and clean. Maids were good and cleaned the room every day and changed towels/sheets. Good range of food. We ate out quite a few nights though as we like to get out and see some of the resort. Restaurant staff were great, worked really hard and were always friendly. Special mention to Babis the restaurant manager who was always welcoming and kept everything running smoothly. Reception staff were welcoming too, especially the older gentleman with glasses. The waterpark kept my son busy, nice touch to be able to use that non stop without any charge. The hotel itself is a 20-30min walk into Protaras but if you don't want to walk, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel or taxis are €10. There are a few shops and a bakery/coffee shop just round the corner. There are a couple of beautiful small beaches just a 10 min walk away. Last but not least, Callum deserves a special mention. He was the only entertainment person but managed to chat to guests all day, create a great atmosphere around the pool as well as running a range of activities day and night. The kids loved him and he had the patience of a saint with them! Give the lad a pay rise! We don't normally return to the same places as there's so much of the world to see but wouldn't hesitate to come back here for a quick break in the sun.

Had a great week in Narcissus Waterpark, really great hotel with friendly staff. Food was plentiful and varied with different themed nights. Room we had was spacious and well appointed. Overall a great place to stay. Protaras is a great place to wander around with lots for all ages.

we went for a weekend break for 2 days 12/ 13/04 /24 ,from arriving to leaving we had the best experience ,reception staff restaurant staff pool and bar staff, house staff, cannot do enough for you ,we were given room 123 ,with a veranda two sun beds and table and chairs ,overlooking the pool and gardens ,the choice of food for all three sittings was fantastic, catering for all tastes. THE ONLY NEGATIVE ( that is out of the hotels control) was the ingrates that were in one of the four rooms above who smoked rool ups and marlborough ,and have never seen a ashtray or don't know how to use them ,as they discharged there butts on to our veranda ,burning my swim shorts with one of there fag ends . sorry to say it but it just shows the brits in a bad light yet again, as always the minority spoiling it for the majority ,but we will return again later this year .

We stayed here on our Easter break the first week of April. We arrived around 2am and we were greeted to check in and were provided with some sandwiches & a bottle of water each. The room was clean and we had the room made up every day and Towels changed several times over the week. Overall the whole place was kept very clean and tidy. The Buffet was fine with Breakfast being pretty much the same each day with a good assortment of cooked food as well as fruit and other continental breakfast options. Evening meals were rotated so it was different each day, Chinese, Mediterranean & Mexican the highlights. The restaurant manager was always around and keeping the staff on their toes clearing tables and setting tables as soon as they were free for the next guests. The only negative about the food (and this is common at most places) was that on occasion, some dishes were only warm, never cold though. The guys at the outside bar kept things moving, and there was never much of a queue. The drinks were fine and having ice cream available, as part of the all inclusive, at all times was definitely a bonus for the kids. The flumes were also great especially as we weren’t expecting them to be open in April, they kept everyone entertained for hours. There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area. Amazing beaches are just a short walk with loads of water-based activities as is the local town with lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, for a three star hotel, you can’t really ask for more.

This hotel with a water park was an absolutely great experience! The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were excellent, and the water park was a big hit with both adults and children. I heartily suggest it to families searching for an enjoyable and restful vacation.
