The staffs were quite friendly, the food are nice especially for dinner . The room was standard . The water park was fun , didn’t try the pool too many people unless you go at early morning .

Η μόνη απάντηση όταν ρωτήσαμε κατά την άφιξη μας ώρες πρόγευμα και άλλες πληροφορίες ή απάντηση τους ήταν πως πρέπει να κάνουμε scan bar code και εκεί θα βρίσκαμε όλες τις απαντήσεις

Due to the mixed reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect, however, I’m glad I booked as this hotel didn’t disappoint. I would urge people considering staying at this hotel to book if they are being put off by the negative reviews as that is not what I experienced at all. The hotel was modern and very clean. The rooms were spacious with decent air conditioning units which kept the room nice and chilled. The beds in the room seemed quite firm to begin with however I was pleasantly surprised as I slept extremely well in them. The staff were ever so welcoming and friendly which made the stay even more enjoyable. They accommodated late check out for us even when they had guests with cancelled flights so had limited availability which was really helpful as we had a late flight home. The pool area is decent with plenty of space and never struggled to get a sunbed. The pool water wasn’t too cold either and was the perfect temperature to keep cool. The only negative is that there is no music playing by the poolside to create an atmosphere. They only brought speakers out for an hour a day from 3:30pm. If they dotted a few speakers round the pool they wouldn’t need to play it as loud and just creates a better atmosphere round the pool. Luckily we brought a portable Bluetooth speaker so were able to listen to some tunes by the pool which many other guests said how much better it would be if there was music. As far as all inclusive buffet food goes - this was probably the best food I’ve had at an all inclusive resort. I love Greek food so it was nice to have traditional dishes such as Moussaka and pastitsio. There were also a good selection of meats like tender lamb and grilled chicken with tasty roasted vegetables. All stuff I would probably order if eating out! Good selection of drinks on the all inclusive however if getting them from the pool bar you get them in a very small plastic cup so find you have to order 2 at a time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and the hotel was in an excellent location. I would say it definitely met the expectations of a 4-Star hotel. Only thing to advise if you plan to use their hair dryers, pack your own as the ones in the room had hardly any power to them.

After reading some of the reviews I was dreading our arrival. We are here at the moment and I felt I should post a review. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. The room is clean with a sea view from the glass balcony. The room has mini fridge, hairdryer, tv and U.K. plug sockets. The bathroom modern with walk in shower. Dressing gowns, slippers and clean towels on arrival. There is a double wardrobe, safe, cupboard space for extra storage. House keeping in daily. The air con worked perfectly and looked quite modern. There is some land outside the room that could be developed but did not spoil our view. The pool was nice with plenty sunbeds on offer at this time, Toilets by the pool are modern and clean. Staff are polite and friendly in the bar, restaurant and the snack bar. Lots of amenities, bars and restaurants just outside hotel. The food is exceptionally good, themed nights such as carvery and Mexican night. Fresh fruit and nice deserts. Some entertainment on site at night but plenty surrounding the hotel if not to your taste. I really cannot fault our stay so far. We have talked about visiting next year again so a positive experience for us.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the lovely receptionists Victoria and Katrina. They are a kind, welcoming, professional team ready to help with anything. The rooms were clean, cozy, the cleaning staff were lovely. The food was delicious, rich and served with love, the entire service was done with a positive spirit and a real sense of caring. George, Andreas, Veronica and the entire dining room staff are simply lovely! The bar staff was also charming and the most helpful! It's not taken for granted to see an entire team providing wholehearted service, smiling, interested in your well-being, and truly working for the benefit of the guests. Despite all the tensions we experienced while away from Israel, you managed to make us feel at home, safer than anything. It's a feeling we'll never forget! Last but not least, most of all we would like to thank the hotel's General Manager Mr. Constantinos Patsias from the bottom of our hearts for all the effort, attention, good spirit and the amazing work you did for us every day. The safety and security needs updating glasses should never be allowed around pools they were left for hours before being collected. Lifeguards spent more time watching their phones lying on their beds instead of watching the pools, there are few toilets available outside and not a sign anywhere telling your where they are, we had couple of instances one of which someone got onto our balcony and stole a towel and shorts, our Rep, was quite helpful but was not impressed with the management attitude. I'm thankful that we had no children with us regarding issues mentioned but still had a nice holiday generally regardless as everywhere else was clean and tidy.
