This hotel is well and truly the worst place I have ever stayed I think I would have had a more enjoyable stay in a prison cell. First of all the staff are the worst people I’ve ever met in my life they spat in my face after I asked them if I could do an early check in as they claimed it was a ridiculous request. I decided to look past this incident and continue with my stay, worse mistake of my life. Secondly during my stay the manager barged into my room using his own key and proceeded to scream at me since my child had been crying saying it was disturbing the other guests, sounds like a you problem to me. The final complaint I have was the so called food they served, if you could call it food. It was almost like they went scavenging through bins to find this inedible scraps of food and proceeded to serve it. I am disgusted and safe to safe I won’t be returning.

We have stayed one week during the hot summer in July. Very hot weather in Cyprus. Many place to visit here if you are young. Ayia Napa nightlife very exciting for us. The hotel is located very close to everything but away from noises. Decent food. good brake-fast. Good staff. Diliana is such a nice person. We didnt try evening meals. The hanger in the balcony were very small and i had a huge towel so i couldnt hand my towel to dry properly.

Excellent service beautiful rooms fab pool and the cocktails are delicious and superb variety lovely staff with the warmest welcomes. Breakfast lovely choices and plentiful. Many thanks for your help and having a memorable stay.

our holiday at this hotel was really pleasant, it is a structure that is located in a strategic area of ​​Aya Napa and offers a beautiful swimming pool and a very hospitable bar. the room was perfect, large, clean, for our family it was ideal but the thing I liked the most is the great hospitality that all the staff had with us. Absolutely fantastic. Apologies, I think this will be a very long review 😁 We think this hotel deserves an extra star! We’ve stayed in 4 star hotels before and Anesis definitely felt more comfortable, personal and overall better value for money. I would like to say that everyone we came across with and spoke to was super friendly and helpful, and I mean from housekeeping to maintenance, reception and restaurant staff, chefs, pool lifeguard. I’m not mentioning any names as it would be a very long list of fantastic employees. Your employees are your greatest asset. From the very start, we had superb communication via email in regards to any extras and other requirements we had. Received prompt responses and all our requests were met. Thank you. We arrived very early and paid to have breakfast which we enjoyed. Not long after we were told that our room is ready. This was very much appreciated. A rest was very much needed. We also organised a late check out which was very handy as our departure was later in the evening. There was always spaces available in the car park, but can see it getting very busy during the summer. We didn’t take many photos of the room, but it was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great size TV. I loved the big mirror we had in the room. The shower room was amazing too, very modern. I think the pool was our favourite part! Great size and beautiful surroundings. Very clean. Because the pool doesn’t open till 10:00 there were no “Sunbed hogging”, always had a spot free. Breakfast was really good, I thought. Nice selection of cold cuts and you could also “create” a “Full English” if you wanted to, didn’t have fried mushrooms though. Selection of cereals, two options of yoghurts. Fresh and canned fruit. Tea, coffee, water, juice. Delicious pancakes on Sat and Sun. We had lunch in the hotel on few occasions. Village salad was delicious and so was pork souvlaki. Other half enjoyed his cheeseburger. Very generous portions. Boyfriend couldn’t finish his portion of calamari rings, but said it was very good. Delicious cocktails. I was pleased with dinner options too. Soup of the day (evening) available if you fancied a soup. We didn’t have it, but think tomato, minestrone and chicken soups were available. Didn’t check the options on the following 5 days. Salads, dips, pasta. Lovely roast potatoes , risotto. Different meats daily. Didn’t check out fish (as don’t eat it) but other half liked it. Nice desserts. Cake, mousse, fresh fruit. This is a family run hotel & you are treated like family all through your holiday . We have stayed here since 2014 & love every minute of our holidays. The management & staff do everything possible to ensure your stay is perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location, ideal for visiting the beach, harbour, shops etc. Rooms & public areas are all spotless, there is a good choice of food at breakfast & evening meal . We stayed B&B but bought a few evening meals during our 3 week stay at a very reasonable price. We quite often meet other guests who like us return to this lovely hotel so give it a try , you won't be disappointed. We are already booked for June 2024.

Such a lovely hotel, rooms were comfortable and very clean. We loved the pool area and plenty of sunbeds. We stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. We ate lunch at the hotel on several occasions and the food was lovely and great value for money, as were the drinks. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, a short walk to the beautiful harbour, beach, restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket across the road from the hotel. A wonderful hotel, would definitely return.

We have just returned from a fabulous first visit to Ayia Napa and more importantly the Anesis hotel. This hotel is just perfect, the location is fantastic not to far to walk for the marina, beach or the restaurants and bars. The pool area was excellent, the rooms were brilliant and so clean. We were on a bed and breakfast basis, plenty of choice for breakfast from bacon, eggs, meats and cheeses to cereals and fruit. We did pay for lunch in a few occasions which was always excellent and the prices were really good. Drinks prices at the hotel were really good and plenty to choose from. The staff went above and beyond always helpful and friendly. Dilliana the bar supervisor is a credit to the staffing team she was so friendly and always served a drink with a smile and was so lovely to my son. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back

The staff was great. Dealt with any request or problem we had quickly. Our door lock wasn't working, within minutes someone came to fix it. Not the best hotel for those traveling with small children. The "playground" was small and our 3 year old got bored quickly. She had fun in the pool but other than that, not much for her to do.
