그라나다 럭셔리 비치-울트라 올 인클루시브(Granada Luxury Beach-Ultra All Inclusive)

Very sad to be home! Food: the food was great, huge variety and I’m usually very wary about all inclusive because of the buffets but I didn’t once get sick and enjoyed trying all the different types of cuisine on offer. Our last night was the Turkish night with a group of men playing some instruments and lots of lovey food! Couldn’t fault it. Room: we were given a ground floor room on the lobby floor. The only noise was the fire exit door being slammed many times early hours of the morning. I didn’t complain as I think it was the maids and if I wanted one not close to the fire exit, I could’ve paid more or ask to move but It didn’t bother us too much. Staff: I have to give huge credit to the entertainment team! Absolutely amazing, full of fun and worked so hard. They have one day off a week and seemed they worked from morning until late night and always had a smile on their face. They seemed to speak many languages and their English was very good. Always included everyone and very competitive with games! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was I didn’t find many staff who understood English so having a language barrier was a little difficult when wanting something simple like toilet paper. Beach: the beach was lovely although we just had a little look around but didn’t sunbathe there. Seemed very clean and spacious and there’s an outside food area where you can get ice cream, burgers, pizza and fruit amongst other food and drinks. Other guests: some of the other guests can be very rude. One lady wouldn’t let us use the empty sunbeds next to her, no towels down but she was shouting something in German and waving her hands like telling us to go away. Lots of Russian and Eastern European guests, not many English but my partner got involved with the activities and made some friends with other nationalities which was really nice. Maids: they work so hard; room was so lovely and clean, toilet roll topped up every day and clean towels. Also minibar restocked every day. You can also get the bus to Alanya which is about 40 mins away where there are more shops that sell the ‘designer’ items! Haha! You get on the bus at the back, pay when you get off at the front and it was 2 euros each single journey. Can get a little bit warm so take a fan! Drinks: as is usual on holidays abroad, they put a lot of alcohol in your drinks so if you’re not keen on your drink tasting only of alcohol, ask them to just put a little bit, I think staff assume the English love a drink haha! Free water bottles whenever you need them in fridges around the hotel and pool areas. On site shop: there’s a shop near the restaurant on floor -1 where they sell little gifts, some snacks and drinks. Not badly priced either if you just fancy some crisps. Spa: you get given towel cards when you arrive and you can exchange them for towels in the spa on floor -2, when you leave you can take them back and get your cards back to give to reception wh

A great hotel and deserves the 5*. Reception staff greated us nicely on arrival, even though it was really early hours of the morning. We had a room overlooking the pool and sea, which we'd paid extra for. Plenty of room in it and nicely decorated. Food was plentiful and so much variety at every meal. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool, on the pier and on the beach so no need to worry who's going to get their towels out first! Great entertainment by the pool during the day with activities and displays and a good variety in the evenings on the outdoor stage. Pool was beautifully clean - a little cold initially but you soon got over this after swimming for a while. Our room was cleaned every day and sometimes we got a lovely animal made from the towels and petals scattered on the bed. Special thanks go to Nuri, the lovely barman at the lobby bar who mixed delicious cocktails, Birlik, the skating waiter round the pool who was always happy to help and Miraç the helpful waiter in the restaurant. The guest relations manager was really helpful too - gave us a private tour around after we'd been discussing some things with her and also helped us out with a problematic situation with the local tour rep. Apologies, can't remember her name, I've left this too long to write. Not many British staying here, quite a lot of Russian and some German. Didn't bother us though. Most of the entertainment, restaurant, bar and reception staff have enough if not good English so communication is easy. If you want to do some shopping and not travel, there's an underpass near the hotel which takes you over the other side of the main road to a souk that has loads of shops with all kinds of gifts, fake goods, food etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again if we return to the same area.

Negative: I don´t recommend this hotel for non smoking people, especially families with kids. The hotel should make rules for smokers and make smoking areas and not let people smoke everywhere. Only indoors I didn´t see the smokers, but everywhere else, there were non stoping smokers. Even if we wanted to enjoy our dinner outside (at the dining area), we coudn´t do that , because even there people were smoking and there were no signs about it´s not allowed. If we wanted to enjoy evening shows, we couldn´t enjoy them, because people were smoking even if there were lots of kids. I came home with smelly clothes. There was no much activities during the day time either. One day we saw a foam party and volleyball and that´s it. We visited the hotel in the end of April. We couldn´t do later check out, because they said that hotel was fully booked, but later after check out we ask to check if we forgot some items in the room, they send a cleaning lady to check and by the time they haven´t even cleaned the room yet. It was 3 hours later of our check out. So, we were wondered why they even said it was booked, when there was no one in the room. When we did the check out they didn´t ask how we liked the hotel. Like we didn´t even matter. Only the man who carried our luggages asked about it. He was a really nice guy. Luggage room wasn´t closed, everybody who wanted could go there. Positive: The food was great. Everyday there was something to eat. They offer drinks during the dinnertime (wine, beer, shampagne). In the beach area was buffee as well. Spa was nice, saunas were nice, hamam trea**ent was nice as well. Beach area was clean and spacious. Pool was little cold, but it wasn´t a problem, because we knew it was not heated. Room was nice, however they didn´t vacuumed the carpets once we were there. Only other areas were cleaned. They decorated the room when it was our daughter birthday and the dining table was decorated as well. It was a lovley gesture. The waitress even sang „Happy Birthday“ to her and brought a cake with a candle.

The hotel was AMAZING! Food & drinks were incredible. All the staff were so lovely, and the animation team too!! Furkan and Ege made our trip so great, THEYRE THE BEST !! Did not want to leave, will definitely be returning! It was also my parents first holiday and they could not fault the trip !! the frozen cocktails and iced coffees too, 10/10!!

Amazing staff! All waiters were friendly, entertainment team were awesome especially FURKAN!!! Made our experience. Rooms were cleaned regularly. Choice of food snacks and drinks were great. Ice coffee and frozen cocktails were my favourites

Upon arrival we had a friendly welcome. They are very hospitable here and all facilities are well organized. Thank you very much for the wonderful time in the beautiful hotel. We strongly recommend that you try out this hotel and relax and surprise yourself with the delicious food and the great hammam and massage.

My holiday experience at Granada Luxury Beach was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was swept away by the sheer beauty and luxury of this coastal paradise. The attention to detail in the accommodations was remarkable.

An excellent hotel that fully deserves its stars. The rooms are very clean. Very good food. Service OK. Smiling people eager to help you.Very well maintained pool. Quality drinks. Cleaning and organization. Everything superlative.

An amazing hotel, excellent staff, courteous, polite, reception, waiters...everyone, a clean hotel, abundant food, tidy, simply speechless, all of you 10/10, only one thing missing: games for children, more activities, and the rest is excellent.
