N15 - 샹브르 도트

완전 쓰레기 같은 서비스였어요. 국내선 항공편이 지연됐어요. 도시로 가는 기차 안에서 "친절하게" 체크인을 놓쳐서 더 이상 묵을 수 없다고 알려줬어요. 역대 최악의 서비스였어요!!!! 예약은 본인이 책임져야 합니다. 하룻밤 묵을 곳이 없어서 별점 0점을 줘야 할 것 같아요. 게다가 늦은 비 오는 밤에 도시 곳곳을 찾아다녀야 했죠.

모든 면에서 훌륭했습니다. 환상적인 호스트, 객실, 위치, 그리고 아침 식사까지. 발레리와 장-뤽은 정말 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 장-뤽에게 아를을 방문한다고 말했더니, 아무 말 없이 기차 시간표를 받아주었습니다. 세심한 배려를 보여주면서도 거슬리지 않았습니다.

For the tourist what Avignon most offers is its connection to history, specifically medieval history. Les Confidences is in the heart of the medieval district. You are in the center of another time and place. The hosts, Jean-Luc and his wife could not be more helpful. Restaurant reservations, an early departure breakfast, taxi arrangements. We arrived by taxi, helpful in the authentic narrow streets.

Dear Valerie and Jean-Luc (and Beatrice). Thank you all for such a wonderful stay at your absolutely beautiful hotel. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone visiting Avignon. The hotel and rooms are absolutely superb. We had a room downstairs and our friends upstairs. It was perfect. Thank you for accommodating our special requests and for your very kind hospitality and fabulous breakfast each morning. Look no further if you are wanting an authentic French accommodation for a romantic couples stay or to enjoy with friends. It’s absolutely divine. We will be back for sure! Thank you again. This is a beautiful, small hotel in the heart of old Avignon. It is in an old building that has been professionally remodeled and decorated. The furnishings are very nice. The quiet courtyard is a lovely spot for the yummy breakfast. Jean-Luc and Valerie are friendly hosts who made our stay so comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Avignon.

My husband and I loved our stay at N15 for two nights. The location can't be beat, it's in the heart of the city only a couple of minutes walking to Palais des Papes but also very quiet as there is a garden/park that backs up to the property. Our room was clean with updated appliances and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and homemade! Each morning there was a new treat. The only thing to note is that if you do have a car, the hotel does not offer any parking so you will need to either park on the street or at a parking lot (~11 minutes walking). As Avignon is a Medieval city, the streets are very narrow so we wouldn't recommend driving into the city.
