B&B Dorwyn Manor

Mike was extraordinarily helpful and kind. He genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience at his B&B. He called his mate at the Red Lion to get reservations for us for dinner. The room was cozy and warm. Tea and kettle in the room. Breakfast was yummy, a full English breakfast- and every interaction was lovely. He really cares about his guests. Also conveniently located with parking.

Well kept, clean, cozy and quiet B&B adjacent to Avebury Henge. Mike and Debbie were fantastic hosts. As others have mentioned, Mike will take you to The Red Lion, a nice pub nearby, Breakfast was a well-prepared full English with pastries, yogurt and breakfast cereals available as well. Selection of water, soda, beer, wine and liquor and some other necessities we available.

Very friendly owners, beautiful property, delicious made to order breakfast, great location, and well off the road so no traffic noise makes Dorwyn manor the place to stay if visiting Avebury.

Thank you for a great stay. I overnighted at Dorwyn Manor at the end of my first day’s walking of The Sarsen Way; I’d walked from Coate Water on the edge of Swindon that day, and Dorwyn Manor was a very welcome resting place at the end of a long day. Breakfast in the morning was very good too (and Mike and Debbie had kindly booked me in for dinner (also excellent) at The Red Lion in Avebury for the night of my stay. Thank you!

An outstanding place to stay. The property is clean and comfortable and well located a short walk from the centre of Avebury. What really makes a difference though is the hospitality and attention to customer experience shown by the owners. They couldn’t do enough to assist us and have thought of everything to make your stay as good as it can be. The breakfast was genuinely great, there is a drinks fridge and best of all for us, secure bike storage with charging for e-bikes. Highly recommended.
