We were so impressed with the layout, staff and entire setup of the place. We camped and the sites were well set out and ablutions were great! The pool and restaurant area was awesome and the shop had all you will need from wood to water to meat for the braai!

We did a very nice hike to a view Point. In February temperatures are high, so the swimmingpool was a welcome place to relax. The people hete are very friendly, the food is good. We would definitely choose this lodge again.

All was extremely good. Good location, very clean and neat room, excellent food, good and friendly staff……. The only disappointing thing was when booking out we receive an invoice with added 15% with a description “Standard” and another 2% for “Levy” which was not communicated when making our reservation. The added figures do make a difference at the final payment and should not be a surprise

The property is clean and well maintained, and the campsites are well laid out. Overall a pleasant experience but be aware that this is a fairly busy venue (even in the off season) and the camping feel is not one of being in the wilderness or secluded. Be aware that there are many bees which congregate around the camp taps and climb up into the pipes, I was stung multiple times. Not a huge issue, but it could be dangerous for those with allergies. There are also mice and baboons which makes leaving anything outside of the car risky. An excellent choice for trailer or rooftop camping, but regular campers should be aware that they will have to keep most of their gear in the car. The hiking trail requires a permit which comes at an additional cost, even to overnight guests. The reception area has a well-stocked gift shop, bar, and lovely swimming pool. Braai packs (including roosterbrood, salad, and veggies) can be ordered from the kitchen. An overall pleasant stay, with friendly and helpful staff.

Awesome campsite and very pool area. Everything neat and clean and would stay there again. Staff friendly and helpful.
