I reserved this hotel when we were traveling from Boston to Denver on July 11, 2024. I made the reservation, looked at a map and found another hotel that was closer to the highway we would be using in the morning. We had to leave early and were worried about traffic in the morning. I needed a mobility handicapped room with a roll in shower. I called this hotel immediately back and was told this hotel had a no refund policy. I've never heard of such a policy. If you cancel only a couple of days in advance, I can understand, but I made this reservation well in advance. OK we will keep this reservation. Our flight left early in the morning, then had to deal with picking up a car, and the weather was very hot. We wanted to cool off before going out to dinner. We checked in and the room was warm. We thought that the air conditioner had been turned off but iIt was on. We turned it to the coolest temperature setting, but after an hour the room was still warm. The toilet also took several tries to flush. We didn't sit on the bed or use anything except the toilet. I went to the desk and asked for someone to check it out. She came down and had no solution. We finally decided to ask for another room and were told that there were not any other handicapped rooms available. We decided that we had to leave. It was a real hassle trying to find another handicapped room that late in the afternoon. A month later I was very surprised to see the over $200 charge on my charge bill. I called and talked to a supervisor and she said that I needed to talk another supervisor who would call me that day--never happened. I was told that the handyman checked it out and it was fine! I then wrote a letter--no response. We were traveling for 16 days and had made reservations at Best Westerns when available We've never had problems before. I am a very unsatisfied customer and would write a minus 5 if I could.

우리는 약 1 년 전에 여기에 머물렀고 전혀 불만이없는 멋진 숙박이었습니다. 훌륭한 방, 훌륭한 서비스, 깨끗하고 나쁜 냄새나 명백한 얼룩이 없습니다. 올해는 완전히 다른 호텔에 머무르는 것과 같았습니다. 직원은 굉장했고 침구는 편안했기 때문에 2점을 주고 있지만(긍정적인 점에 대해 각각 1점) 장소에서 냄새가 났고 유쾌하지 않았습니다. 직원만 평가하면 RI에 5점을 주겠지만 문제는 몇 가지였습니다. 청소 제품 냄새가 압도적이어서 직원이 독성 냄새가 나는 제품으로 테이블에 뿌리기 시작했을 때 아침 식사를 떠나야했습니다. 냄새는 홀, 객실, 로비의 모든 곳에있었습니다. ... 우리가 우리 방에서 냄새를 용인 한 유일한 방법은 창문을 여는 것이었습니다. 창문이 6 인치에 불과하더라도 열린 것이 너무 행복합니다. 카펫, 부드러운 상품 - 여러 얼룩이 더러워 보였습니다. 욕실 문이 제대로 닫히지 않습니다. 전화가 작동하지 않았습니다. 우리는 문제를 보고했고 그들이 처리되었다고 생각하지만 다른 손님이 상황이 있어야 할 것이 아니라는 것을 알았을 때 말을 할 수 있기를 정말로 바랍니다. 청소 승무원이 욕실 문을 닫거나 객실 내 전화를 사용하는 것과는 다릅니다. ... 우리는 일년에 여러 번 덴버를 여행하며 RI에 계속 머물고 싶습니다. 나는 리뷰를보고 긍정적 인 변화를 볼 수 있기를 바랍니다. 관리가 다른 유독성이 적은 냄새 나는 청소 제품을 선택하고 청소 제품 냄새를 흡수한 카펫 및 기타 부드러운 제품(가구 등)을 교체하고, 그리고 미래의 리뷰는 장소가 얼마나 좋아 보이고 냄새가 나는지 언급할 것입니다.

Comfy room, great bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful staff. Only issue: you have to request and receive ice for your room from the front desk. Enjoyed the view of the mountain range out our window; TV was great.
