Hotel situated in a lovely location. Friendly welcome on check in. The room was homely and clean. Breakfast was substantial and well cooked. We had one evening meal here and enjoyed the offerings….nice friendly ambiance in the dining areas and bar . The Hotel is in well suited for short day trips out to the many nearby attractions. Gairloch Harbour is literally across the road from the hotel and within easy walking distance. The sidewalk leading up to the harbour is adorned with seafaring items filled with colourful plants and flowers.There are seats all along this part and the volunteers do a lovely job maintaining this attraction.

The hotel is situated in a great location, lovely staff and a super breakfast, that was cooked dto my liking amd served promptly. Room was clean and tidy.

Arriving at the Inn, we were easily able to find the reception desk and staff to check us in. Upstairs brought us to our large room overlooking the garden, creek and parking lot. Had our breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant. The food and service were good. Spent a rainy afternoon in the lobby lounge reading in front of the fire. Very cozy. Inn is within walking distance of the pier, golf course, beautiful beach and waterfalls. Staff were friendly and helpful, recommending sights to see.

Lovely Inn style hotel located near a river in Gairloch. Nice staff. Full bar with great beers. Nice simple room in good condition. Great location just outside the town. Parking on site which was free. Restaurant on site too for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is very tired and needs an update for the cost. They seemed to be short staffed as there was no one at reception for 15 minutes. We had to ring their phone number to get someone. The meal was ok but expensive but I suspect they have a captive market. Overall sadly I wouldn’t recommend this place. It could make a lovely place if it was refurbed as the location is stunning.

The room was very comfortable, tidy and clean with a view over the burn. There was no issue with noise despite our room being over one of the eating areas. The surrounding area is wonderful. The evening meals that we had were hot and vert tasty. However we didn't like the cooked self service breakfasts , the bacon was hard and the eggs were not freshly cooked, they had been standing in the warmer for too long. That said the porridge was lovely and there was a choice of fruit yogurt, toast, croissants and jam but no marmalade.
