I stay here frequently whenever I’m working in augusta, the hotel is typical for the price range. The reason I keep coming back and this is my hotel is because of Dianne at the front desk. He is a top notch desk person, made me feel like I’d been a loyal customer for 30 years from the very first time I walked in the door.

장점 : 친절한 직원, 방은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 모든 것이 작동했습니다. Wi-Fi가 좋았습니다. 공공 장소가 깨끗하고 주차 공간이 충분했습니다. 호텔은 꽤 비어있었습니다. 세탁기는 새 것처럼 보였습니다. 단점 : 책상의 의자는 평범한 의자였으며 책상에 비해 너무 낮았습니다. 거리의 입구는 잘 표시되지 않습니다. 주차장은 아래로 기울어 져있어 매력적이지만 수하물 카트를로드하고 문까지 당기는 것은 어렵습니다. 일반 : 아침 식사가 없습니다. 아마도 대부분의 호텔은 요즘과 같습니다. 전반적으로 : 5/5 가치 : 5/5 Wi-Fi : 5/5

Love this hotel! Just found this card with Quaran name in it! She was very accommodating and nice. I always have a great experience. Harvey made my stay when he switched my room to a bigger suite. Keep up the good customer service folks. Will come again.

호텔의 위치가 마음에 듭니다. 많은 레스토랑과 즐길 거리가 있는 워싱턴 로드와 가깝습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 체크인은 순조롭게 진행되었습니다. 그것의 조용하고 나는 밤새도록 평화롭게 잠을 잔다. 잠을 너무 잘 자서 다음날 아침에 일어나기 싫었다. ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ. 나는 확실히 다시 갈 것이다!!

매우 깨끗한 호텔! 잠자는 밤을 보냈습니다. 호텔이 얼마나 깨끗한 지 기뻐했습니다. 직원들은 모두 매우 정중했습니다. 우리가 만난 모든 직원은 인사했습니다. 직원을 체크인했을 때 매우 즐겁고 도움이되었습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 스위트 룸 222에는 새로운 카펫과 새로운 가구가있는 것처럼 보였습니다. 욕실 기본 보드조차도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 계란, 소시지, 와플, 베이글 및 차가운 것들의 따뜻한 아침 식사도있었습니다. 내가 가지고 갈 수있는 유일한 것은 수건이 조금 거칠었다는 것입니다. 그러나 내가 그 지역에 있었다면 나는 다시 머물 것입니다.

There were just too many issues with this room to give a better score. When I checked in it was dark out and there were two bulbs out in the room. I tried to call the front desk on the room phone but the handset didn’t work. I gave up calling after several attempts. I did use the hotel shuttle to go to dinner and that was very convenient and Mr Holiday the shuttle driver was very personable. When I got back to the room the thermostat was not working properly so I used my phone to call the front desk and was informed there was no one there who could help me because maintenance had left for the day. It was 7:30 pm in a hotel that large and that old and maintenance had left for the day? I I have worked at Marriott and maintenance was always onsite until 11pm and then they were on call, I tried to watch the tv and apparently someone who didn’t like my choice of news channels had programmed my channel out of the TV. It was on the list of channels and every other channel on the list was there but this channel was not available. That’s just weird. So I decided to just watch a movie on my iPad. I couldn’t log on to the internet because I got no password screen. So again I called the front desk and was given the phone number for IT support. I call and was told some weird thing that their internet wouldn’t work with google so I had to go through some other something and when I tried it wouldn’t work so he just logged me in from his side. The next morning I standing beside the tub and turned on the shower (still in my PJ’s) and I was immediately soaked and water went everywhere because someone had turned the shower head facing out into the bathroom and not into the tub. I had been traveling for nine days so I wanted to iron a white blouse that had become quite wrinkly in my suitcase but when I went to get the iron the plate was covered with goo so I didn’t dare to iron a white blouse with it. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the staff that I encountered were all very pleasant.
