Full of original character, we have remodeled the 1 Bedroom 1 bath home with modern luxury upgrades while keeping the integrity of its enchantment: original hardwood floors, freshly painted, stainless steel appliances. Be our guest. The cutest little cottage is a hidden gem with tons of natural light that is sure to please! Be mesmerized by the most beautiful azaleas in the spring and sweet songs from caged-free neighborhood birds. Beautiful homes and friendly neighbors. Detached well-equipped, comfy guest house in a lovely, walkable brick paved neighborhood with rich history. You will be occupying the upstairs cottage in our backyard and have access to your own private backyard. The cottage is used exclusively for short term rentals and there is a discount for stays of 30 days or more. Feel free to inquire about short term and long term leases. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, tools, & a vintage built in ironing board. The bright and airy kitchen compliments the dining area with seating for 4. In the living room, you’ll find a pull out sofa with a queen sleeper mattress. The bedroom has a walk-in closet, remote controlled ceiling fan light, blackout curtains for privacy, and a foldable desk for remote work. Wifi and an Amazon Fire TV Stick is provided so you can utilize your preferred stream service. If you are traveling with kids, please let us know how we can accommodate you. We have toys, playpens, and other essential items to support hassle free travel (available upon request). Fireplace is off limits, but feel free to use our fire pit out back. Although we enjoy a good Cohiba, SMOKING is PROHIBITED inside the condo. NO PETS allowed. There are pet boarding facilities nearby if needed. Washer and dryer access is currently not available. If needed, Peanut’s Laundry is a nice laundromat only 3 miles away.
