Outside the room is a sharing area if there is another guest at the time with a living area, mini kitchenette, bathroom/toilet and a big private deck. So can feel very private down that end of the house. In the other end of the house is a sharing Kitchen, Laundry, Dinning, Lounge, table tennis, extra toilet and many outdoor spaces with a swimming pool in a tropical garden as well a bbq area that you are welcome to use at any time. That same end of the house we will be another three people staying. A very nice helpful mature guy, my working son and myself. House is large. Perfect location close to the 2 beaches, 2 min walk to Rothesay Bay beach and 5 min walk to Browns Bay beach and village. 10 min drive to Albany mall and 20 min to Auckland city.
