The hotel is beautiful. It is very nicely located in Buckhead. The problem is their classifying. This is a five star hotel. I would consider it five stars as far as its appearance, but the three stars at best. We had a wonderful check in experience. We were greeted with hot tea. It was delicious the problems with this hotel is that they lack the ability to deliver 5 star service. I will list off the problems: the do not have any were in the hotel to buy coffee in the morning. There solution is to provide free coffee. Unfortunately the coffee in the lobby was really bad. It was as if they brewed it and forgot to change the coffee grounds. There was no milk or cream or diet, sugar or lids. We stayed two nights. We arrived at 3:00 o’clock check in. There is no food available until 5pm. Not even room service. I asked to speak to the concierge and they told me they did not have one. I asked who can book reservations for me so we can get something next door. The front desk said they would do it and call the room once done. They did not. I walked down stairs and asked how is the reservation coming and was told they forgot. Room was not cleaned the second day and was told that they were short staffed. So here is the thing as long as you expect 3 star service in a 5 star space the hotel is great. Just lower your expectations and it is nice relaxing hotel.
