Okay so we booked the zen suite. Got checked in, room had not been properly attended to. Customer service was excellent and they upgraded us immediately (great service) though once we got to the upgrade we couldn’t get the tv’s to work properly. We couldn’t eat at the restaurant for dinner or breakfast, overall the place was awesome, though the attention to detail in some ways was not what I expect as a hotel of that caliber. We however would be willing to return bc I can only assume we hit an off night.
