Very good place to relax and enjoy peach ,pool and sun ...... children can enjoy and play safely ...... satisfactoty services ...... staff is very helpful ...... Suite appliances are more than enough.

This review is just a reminder for all travellers and hoteliers to consider others reviews and to not ignore it. I had read many negative reviews before about this place , but I ignored as i have focused on other positive points, giving the benefits of doubt, but I was mistaken and no one to blame except myself! Won’t go into much details, only will highlight the most important points. Positives: - staff are good in terms of behaviour and attitude, they are polite and decent and doing what they can to make you happy ( Thanks for Ahmed and Montaser in the reception) - a nearby small grocery shop, with normal prices, also doing delivery to your room - pools are good for all ages , and staff there are also good and polite Staff, is the only element here is good , However, they can’t help as they are tide hands. Rooms are old ( I booked a suite not even a room and was very highly pricing) however it was horrible ( some images can explain how it was) In the beginning I asked the recipient to change it for me , he said no availability today, will try tomorrow. But after I checked som other points , I decided to make my stay only 2 nights instead of 4 . Other points as follows: Kids playground is just nothing, broken and in the worst condition you can ever see Food and drinks on the beach, regardless the pricing, but poor in taste. Beach isn’t clean and shiny as shown on booking images. No iron to be provided to you, you have to send to laundry and of course to pay. No water in the restaurant ( neither break fast nor dinner) they are giving you a voucher for one bottle of water and one soda for dinner per person, and in the morning they are delivering one small bottle per person ( but actually they are delivering it at 12 when you already had your breakfast) Food variety is extremely poor No Wi-Fi or internet by the hotel

The hotel has great ambience and access to the beach and both outdoor and indoor pools. Food is okay and the staff are great and helpful. However, this place is run down and in need of spring cleaning and maintenance especially the gym, spa and the indoor pool area and changing rooms that are all dirty and slimy!! And where is the management anyway?

This hotel is in desperate need for a renovation and more staff. Room was not clean. poorly maintained and extremely bad smell came out of the AC. AC was either too cold or too hot. It’s clearly understaffed and most Staff are overworked. The receptionist answered at least 6 calls (phone didn’t stop ringing) while serving me which really delayed my check in. The kids disco was extremely boring for the kids and the songs were not appropriate. The buffet was super crowded so it took us sometime to find free tables. Food was ok.

This was probably a beautiful property when it was built, but there is no maintenance. Room furniture is cheap particle board, some of it broken and falling apart. Bathrooms have rusty trash cans, water leaks, and broken toilet roll holders, toothpaste spray on the wall. Yuck. I asked for help getting a taxi to a store down the street and the hotel employee made up an insanely high rate that I bargained down to half, then found out he kept half of that for himself.

Great stay at the hotel, good food and friendly staff. Thanks for making our time pleasurable

Tulip elite resistance is one of the best hotels you could stay in as it provides you a great vacation experience. Help is provided by all staff members great show at night done by talented animation team. Fascinating view of the sea from the rooms 100% recommended

Me and my family have enjoyed our visit to tulip they have the best food and at night the dance crew invite us at every activity so we don't feel bored also all the kids can dance or play with them i really promise that you will not feel bored because they have a lot of activity to play there like playing waterpolo, dancing, playing football, doing yoga and paddle

All the stag members were very kind, polite, extremely welcoming, helpful. at reception, restaurant, pool area they are very professional staffs and I would come back again soon. I will definitely visit the hotel again and thank you very much for this remarkable stay
