We booked Villa Misk because of the beautiful view overlooking the boats and Philae temple in the distance. The villa is slightly out of town, which makes it very peaceful and tea on the terrace overlooking the water is just wonderful. The hospitality here is second to none. Ahmed and his family went above and beyond to make our stay in Aswan the best that it could be. They were very accommodating of our early check in and late check out. Ahmed not only organised a visit to Abu Simbel for us from Aswan, he very kindly organised a driver for us for our time in Luxor as well. Our best memories in Egypt are all thanks to Ahmed’s kindness and expertise. Definitely book this place - it’s a gem.

Wonderful experience! This place is the best place to stay when you are in Aswan if you like peace and quite and beautiful views. The location is magical right in front of Philae temple, You reach the hotel by taxi boat (check in and check out are free drive) You are far from the city center please keep this in mind! But for us this was perfect. we wanted a place to relax in a nice quiet environment to end our holiday in busy Egypt. THE STAFF All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was great! The welcome hibiscus drink was a nice extra touch! THE HOTEL GROUNDS The hotel is situated on a private island in front of Philae temple. The buildings are build in a traditional way with respect for nature. We really loved the use of natural materials it gives an extra connection with the environment. The Vegetable garden is a beautoful oasis. they grow their own food to use in the restaurant. We also loved the cats and dogs (Rita and Anton) They have a private beach with river access and also kayaks. THE RESTAURANT The restaurant location is breathtaking, right in front of Philae temple. Its not only a beautiful place, the food is amazing to! And you can tell because of the large groups who visit the restaurant for lunch when they end their visit in the temple. We had lunch and diner in the restaurant and it was perfect! Very fresh and delicious and a lot of choice on the menu. Breakfast is also very good. At night you can watch the lightshow on the temple. THE ROOM The room is very basic but good. It is small but for us perfect. The bed is comfortable and the balcony beautiful with nile views and even the temple complex! The bathroom was very basic, the room floated while showering. There is no wifi in the room but that is absolute not a problem for us. TRANSFERS The taxi boat transfers were very good. we had no problems with our transportation to the city and the airport. They even arranged a boat for us at 3u30 in the morning because we had an early flight to Cairo. They also made us a breakfast box to take on the plane! 장점에 대해 먼저 이야기하겠습니다. 호텔은 겉으로 보기에 꽤 좋아 보입니다. 직원들은 진지하고 책임감이 있으며 주도적으로 인사할 것입니다. 여행할 때마다 호텔의 보트를 탔습니다. 뱃사공은 매우 헌신적입니다. 새벽 3시 30분에도 배를 탈 수 있고, 범선 비용을 절약하면 나일강의 풍경이 정말 장관이에요! 방이 꽤 넓고 커튼을 열면 나일강이 보여요 너무 아름답습니다. 단점: 아침식사 종류가 조금 제한적이지만(꼭 먹어야 할 것은 다 있음), 피클이 맛있습니다😋 방이 별로 깨끗하지 않고, 오래된 느낌이 있고, 수건이 별로 깨끗하지 않습니다(그렇지 않습니다. 수건은 직접 가져가는 것이 가장 좋습니다), 침대 시트가 촉감이 촉감이 좋습니다. 자고 일어나니 10년이 된 것 같은 느낌이 들고 보풀이 일어납니다. 4성급 호텔이면 괜찮은데 5성급 호텔 못지않네요... 특히나 가격이 1박당 700이 넘을 정도로 싸지도 않아요... 2주 전에 예약한 호텔은 나일강 전망이 있는 740이 넘는 객실이라 취소가 불가능하기 때문에 무료로 취소가 가능한 객실 타입으로 예약하는 것이 가장 좋다는 점을 소비자들에게 상기시켜드리고 싶습니다. 같은 방이 600이 된걸 미리 보고 돈낭비했어요😭

이 작은 호텔은 작은 마을에 있습니다. 2월에 갔는데 건조하고 추웠어요. 에어컨은 냉각할 수 있어요. 문 틈의 바람이 매우 큽니다. 파노라마 룸은 한쪽에 발코니가 있어 더 춥습니다. 프론트 데스크의 Sara는 더 전문적이며, 필요한 경우 물어볼 수 있지만 아침 10시에 출근합니다. 바를 담당하는 사람은 매우 신뢰할 수 없습니다. 우리에게 주었던 뜨거운 물 냄비는 씻지 않았습니다. 우유를 넣은 냄비는 물에 담근 물이 모두 페이스트되었습니다. 식생활은 전혀 믿을 수 없었고 우리에게 두 병의 물을 강제로 팔았습니다. 우리는 주문하지 않았고 그는 우리에게 그것을 직접 주었다. 그래서 우리는 그것이 아침 식사라고 생각했고 마침내 우리에게 가격표를 보여주고 우리에게 돈을 요구했습니다. 나는 당신이 우리에게 말하지 않았다고 말했고 그는 당신이 묻지 않았다고 말했습니다. The hotel is situated in a good location which is closed to the mall and railway station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeper. She left a Thank You note when I put some tips on the table for her. The room is very basic with no free water, kettle and coffee bag/tea bags provided. TV channels are limited but have English movies to watch. The bathroom needs some upgrading and the shower area is very small and difficult to bath. Hot water supply is good. The carpet is very dusty as well as the table and chair outside the balcony. The hotel needs to work on all the doors as I have to use strength to open and close which create a lot of noises. During my stay, my neighbours came back very late and were banging the doors in the middle of the night which disrupted my sleep. The restaurant doesn't open till late as told. I went down at 5pm and was told that they do not serve dinner but there were few groups of local tourists sitting there. Overall it is still an ok hotel but needs some improvement on their premises.

I stayed here as part of my G Adventures tour in Aswan for two nights. I had a single Nile-view room with a double bed, and a very large washroom. My room was basic but clean, and I had no issues with anything in my room. The hotel is centrally located, but if you're not looking towards the Nile the view is not very nice. The breakfast was simple but good. On our early morning trip to Abu Simbel we were provided with a breakfast box. If you cross the main street, there are some nice Nile front restaurants where you can sit out on their patio and enjoy a drink and a snack. It's in a central location and very close to the souk. All in all, I would say that this hotel is in line with what I expect for a budget 3 star hotel offering.

Not a luxury hotel by any means but a good sized room and bathroom, with everything working well in the bathroom. The room was a bit spartan in decor, but many of the views are just superb. The hotel is high on a hill at the south end of Aswan. Thus, it has a great view up the Nile and over the rest of the city. Breakfast is available here and at the related hotel next door just down the hill. Because the hours started earlier at the latter, that's where I ate. It was good, fairly standard breakfast buffet. The desk staff was friendly. You will hear the call to prayer from a nearby mosque, sometimes before 5am. The hotel is quite close to the Nubian Museum. Cabs are inexpensive here, but I walked to restaurants about 10 minutes away, again on the southern side of the city. It is a longer hike though if you want to get to central Aswan, but on a short stay I had no reason to go there. At not quite $100/night I think it was a good deal.
