방은 넓고 침실은 괜찮습니다. 위치, 전망 및 친절한 직원이있는 유일한 곳입니다. 우리는 산타 위크에 갔고 침대는 소파와 침대로만 옷을 입었고, 우리는 우리가 공유하는 두 개의 침대를 위한 코트를 가지고 있었습니다. 추웠기 때문에 다른 침대를 요청할 수 있었지만 우리는 너무 옷을 입었습니다. 상자가 더러웠고 상자에 메가 잔여물이 있었고 다른 지역의 마른 과일이 있었습니다. 우리는 리셉션에서 불평했고 그들은 청소를 위해 올라가서 청소할 새로운 소녀가 있다는 변명으로했습니다. 욕실 창문이 잘 닫히지 않았고 샤워를하기에는 추웠습니다. 창문과 테라스의 안경은 깨끗하지 않았고 커튼은 헤어 드라이어로 ”코팅”되었으며 매우 깨끗하지 않았습니다. Un hotel de tres estrellas normal para pasar unos dias.Por decir algo que no me gusto es que no tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones,y el dia de la llegada hacia un calor infernal en la habitacion ,otra cosa que no me gusto es el poco espacio de parking que tiene si vas un poco tarde a la noche puede que no tengas parking.Las instalaciones en si quizas un poco desfasadas,la apertura de la habitacion se hace con la llave de toda la vida la de hierro en vez de tener la tipica tarjeta .En cuanto al personal de 10 tanto en la recepcion como en la cafeteria y restaurante.Sobre la comida decir que el desayuno tipo bufet normal bastante variedad pero no cuenta con un cocinero que te pueda hacer un par de huevos fritos al momento .el menu de la comida no puedo decir por que hemos pasado los dias fuera pero la cena dispones de carta o platos conbinados estos ultimos a unbuen precio.

Hotel is very good, but I would not recommend the restaurant. Starter was excellent (3 langoustinas with carpaccio of viera). Then I had kind of steak, my husband had fabada asturiana. Both were not good, so we returned it after eating just a bit. We did not have to pay for this, which is OK, but like this it is not nice to go a restaurant.

CMAE (Centro Municipal de Arte y Exposiciones), Biblioteca Pública Municipal Bances Candamo, Campo de Fútbol del Quirinal 등 인기 관광명소들이 가까이 있어 다양하게 둘러보실 수 있습니다.바쁜 일정 후에는 호텔에서 휴식을 취하거나, 주변 명소들을 둘러보실 수 있습니다.

El hotel, sus habitaciones y el personal de recepción son maravillosos y muy amables. La habitación es bastante amplia y muy acogedora. Pero, el servicio de limpieza ha sido bastante nefasto. Nos quedamos 3 noches, y el Segundo día tuvimos que alertar que nuestra habitación no había sido limpiada el primer día. La mañana en la que nos íbamos abrieron la puerta de la habitación a las 8:50h sin aviso ni disculpa dando un portazo y asustándonos ya que estábamos durmiendo y no teníamos que dejarla hasta las 12:00h. Lamentable la actitud del personal de limpieza, que lejos de disculp****, han negado esto, aún habiendo fotos de los indicadores de la puerta ( tanto del de hacer la habitación como del de no molestar), dejando a dirección pidiéndonos perdón en su nombre.

Contras: Aire acondicionado ruidoso, personal poco accesible y agrabable, precio de parking igual si es una moto o un coche. Pros: buena ubicacion, silencioso (si no pones el AA), bien aislado, buena limpieza, cama cómoda.

The hotel as a whole is a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The first impression was great. Friendly and welcoming check-in. However, once details come up and they are not resolved, it becomes annoying. Rooms lack basic amenities like tissues, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file (amenities that are standard in a 5 star hotel). The same room types, which cost exactly the same per night, differ in the amenities that are available in some and not in others. We have 3 rooms of the same category. For example, there is full body mirror in room 203. But a mirror in room 202. (Same room type.) There is a long full-length mirror in 203 and 103 and there is none in 202. There is also a coffee maker in 202 but not in the other 2 rooms.. these are small insignificant details. The biggest problem is not the lack of amenities but the lack of attention because there is not enough staff. It's really a ”one man show”.... In the F&B areas. At the reception... no one answers the phone when you need reception and the coffee at breakfast only comes after breakfast has already been served... feel sorry for the poor staff, they are overworked. However when you need something done in the room... you can call and call, they might apologise but no other solution is given other than a room move. Which on a holiday is not very practical. The bathroom blinds in room 202 are damaged, no one even tries to fix it. In room 203 the windows do not open (faulty) maintenance does not check the condition... only solution is a room move... it would be nice for at least a gesture of finding a solution... I hope the people in charge read this because the place is beautiful, it has a lot of potential and it would be nice if other future guests could enjoy it and not be annoyed by small details that add up and become a burden during the stay.
