This hotel was highly unprofessional, and seemed to have no interest in serving or helping guests. When we arrived, at 9pm, we realized our (double) room had only one towel. We ran back downstairs and asked for a second. Two more trips downstairs and 3 calls later, we still had not received a second towel by midnight, and got ready to go to be unshowered. This service (or total lack thereof) continued throughout our stay. When we asked any questions at the front desk (where we could find an ATM, or a dinner suggestion, for example), the staff would wander off without answering, never to return. I have no idea what they think a hotel does, but their lack of guest service was remarkable. Would suggest you stay literally anywhere else in Astana. This "hotel" should be embarrassed.
