I stayed at this resort in January 2024 and it was perfect in every way. I love that it’s a little outside of the hectic downtown area. Gorgeous pool, hot tub, lounge and restaurant. I took advantage of everything they have to offer. Such a beautiful and relaxing spot. We had coyote and elk outside our windows. Greet staff also. They were great about shuttle in and out of town. Can’t wait to go back.

It's just to expensive. Food especially. 9 bucks for soda water. 32 bucks for egg breakfast. 560 for the room, which was.amazing. property can't be beat. For some reason, the pool is only a lap lane a requires a reservation. Even though there are nice chaises all around. Fridge is TINY Staff is great

Disappointing experience for the price point. Better than a Holiday Inn, but lacked the attention to detail to be a "luxury experience". Few things that added up to disappointment: -called guest services when we left room at 2pm and told them we'd be back late at night and would like to have housekeeping come while we're gone. Came back at night and housekeeping had never come. This was a huge ball-drop for a room we're paying $650 a night for. -phone was broken in guest room, had to call the hotel on my cell phone to order room service or reach front desk. I believe the phone was broken last time we stayed here as well. Or maybe it loses the charge too quickly? -Kitchen messed up room service order. -Multiple times the outdoor patio was closed when it was perfectly nice to sit outside and eat. i.e. we went in at 10:30am for breakfast and it wasn't open. Waiter said it was because they were waiting for another server to come in. Should have the other server come earlier. People wanna sit outside and enjoy nature, that's the whole point of coming to aspen in the summer/fall. I believe this happened last time we there during breakfast and/or dinner. -Blankets on the bed slept EXTREMELY hot to the point where I didn't really sleep much for the two nights. -small detail but QR code for room service menu was "hidden" by the coffee. You should put that by the phone, which is the obvious spot to put it. Took us 10 minutes to find it.

I loved the property! Shuttle is very convenient, food was great. Will definitely recommend to my clients.

Everything and everyone at this resort was excellent. From making a reservation to checking out all staff treated me like royalty. The facilities couldn’t be better. They exceeded my expectations.

We had a really nice stay. We love Aspen but this is the first time using a hotel. Our family used to have a home, but it was sold recently.

This resort is beautiful and the staff is friendly, talented, and provide incredible service. I highly recommend this resort for couples, families, and anyone who wants to enjoy the Aspen atmosphere!

This is a spectacular place to stay, particularly when the music festival is taking place. (We missed it by one week, which was a great disappointment...) Walking and hiking trails, bicycles, shuttle service to town, great views, and incredibly warm staff from all around the country and world! It is an easy stroll from the resort to the music tent, and a quick bike or shuttle ride into the bustle of Aspen.

Aspen Meadows Resort is a lovely hotel in a Swiss Alps-like setting in the beautiful town of Aspen. Being a little out of town was never an issue as they offer regular and accommodating shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as daily shuttle service in to town. The well-trained and friendly staff from the first encounter at the airport though check in, dining, and check out offered friendly, professional and gracious service. The lounge and dining room were 5-star experiences with delicious wine offerings, mocktails and elegantly presented and delicious small plates and entrees. All in all a visit that left us feeling pampered, well taken care of, and a bit sad to be leaving our new friends at Aspen Meadows Resort!
