Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaltenbach-Hochfügen 3.5 km, Zillertal Arena 3.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. All sports and leisure facilities are rapidly accessible in summer and in winter. 2-room apartment 40 m2 on 2nd floor. Beautiful holiday apartment with modern bathroom/toilet, good facilities and balcony with a view of the mountains, very nice landlady, top location to ski bus stops to both Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena/Zell am Ziller, bakery and small supe

The apartment was 17C° cold on the first and second day. Only after repeated requests did it get warmer the next day. The TV didn't work either.
