We booked through Emirates Skywards Hotels, paying with Emirates Miles. A few days before our stay, we had another lockdown, and George's Boutique Hotel would not allow to rebook at a later time, even though we offered to stay during the week. Rocketmiles (all hotel bookings and payments are managed by Rocketmiles when using Emirates points) were very helpful trying to negotiate. They reached out to the owner of the hotel to request to change the dates on our behalf. However, despite their efforts, our request was not approved by the hotel. Rocketmiles apologised for the outcome. The new owner of George's Boutique Hotels & Culinary Retreat was very rude.
