My Best Experience Ever at a hotel. If you are visiting Normandy, this is the place to stay. It’s impeccably clean, inviting and in a great location. Paul, the owner is very passionate about WW II and his place is like a museum, full of memorabilia from the war. I asked for a room on the ground floor and my room was clean, spacious and very tastefully decorated. It even had a small kitchenette which was very useful to me. Paul carried all my luggage to my room which was located on their second facility. His knowledge about WW II in that area is impressive indeed. I stayed for 4 nights and loved every moment. The day I was to depart Paul was not available but he arranged for someone to come and help me load my luggage into my car. I did not even have to ask. I believe they treat every client with kindness and compassionate consideration. I highly recommend D Day Aviators.

Wow what an amazing stay. Whether you enjoy aviation or not you will have an incredible stay. Paul and Florence made us so incredibly welcome. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and the museum has a great location. If you are into aviation or WW2 history you will have a ball. Where else can you have breakfast next to a C47 Dakota cockpit? Blown away!

From start to finish, the whole experience was incredible. Florence ( a qualified pilot ) not only introduced us to our room personally, she also took time to explain the history and provenance of the Air Battle artefacts that adorn the house. Such a wonderful place, we decided to stay another night. The house being quite literally yards from the beach itself. Our dog was welcomed with open arms and had a great time too. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Delightful and very welcoming hosts who offer a tour of their establishments which is full of detail and knowledge, they have a clear passion for what they do. D Day Aviators is very well equipped with very clean accommodation and everything you could need. Great sleep in comfortable beds. It is also so near to all amenities and steps from the beach. The only thing which did not seem evident on booking is that they require full payment in CASH on arrival. Could be tricky if you are not aware of this. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Acueil très sympathique. Petit déj complet, frais et local. Les propriétaires sont de vrais passionés qui rendent les lieux vivant. Hotel à recommander pour tous les passionés d'aviation qui veulent s'immerger dans l'univer du DDay, avec des anecdotes authentiques.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette charmante maison DDay aviators. Tout fut parfait de l’accueil amical et chaleureux, jusqu’au petit déjeuner avant le départ. Au DDay aviators, vous êtes rattrapé par la grande histoire du débarquement des Alliés. Anne-Florence nous a raconté l’histoire de plusieurs pièces, vestiges de l’époque, ainsi que plusieurs anecdotes qui nous ont permis de revivre ce passé. Quel plaisir aussi de découvrir ce joli village, ses quelques restaurants et cette jolie balade sur le front de mer. Ne manquez pas l’opportunité de visiter le musée, nous avons beaucoup appris sur le débarquement.
