아파트는 교통이 매우 편리하고 바다 바로 앞에 있어서 매우 깨끗하고 편안합니다.

Lovely welcome on arrival from reception, super apartment with quirky furnishings and lovely verandah overlooking the bay. We would DEFINITELY return and recommend this accommodation highly.

Sehr geschmackvoll, individuell eingerichtete, saubere Apartements mit Balkon (Meerblick!!) und sehr bequemen Betten in optimaler fußläufiger Lage zu Strand, City und Bushaltestelle. Sehr schön möblierte Dachterrasse mit Jacussi und Sunbeds und grandioser Aussicht! Sehr freundlicher problemloser Service und Check-In - wir waren bereits 3x dort und kommen gerne wieder.

A clean, freshly decorated apartment with a modern shower room, close to restaurants. The apartment had a seaview, and the added bonus was that we were able to watch the 3 Kings Procession from the balcony on 5th January. However, the furniture/furnishings had seen better times. The sliding doors on the wardrobe had been removed and not replaced. There were no shelves in the kitchen cupboards, therefore all the pots & pans & tableware were stored on the worktop. This did not affect us as we did not use the kitchen, but it wasn't hygenic to have those items exposed. Also there was not a single drawer in the whole apartment. There were no English channels on TV. Car parking was discounted at €13.50 per day in an underground car park nearby.

Alle Zimmer mit Aufzug zu erreichen, alle Zimmer mit Meerblick und barrierefreier Dusche, mit leider rutschigen Fliesen. Küchenausstattung sehr mager, keine Kaffeemaschine, nur Espressokocher. Zimmerreinigung topp sowie großzügiger Handtuchwechsel. Auf Balkon Wäscheständer und Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken für Zwei. Leider fehlt Beschattung. Dachterrasse mit Liegestühlen und Schirmen. Restaurants und Cafés in fußläufiger Nähe. Auf Rezeptionsebene Aufenthaltsraum mit Getränkekühlschrank, akzeptable Preise. Zugang zum Hotel mit Code. Möchte man den Mietwagen in der Tiefgarage parken, gibts vom Hotel Rabattzugang. Einfach beim Einchecken ansprechen. Vor dem Hotel kein Parkplatz, sogar parken verboten. Diese Unterkunft eignet sich für Leute, die gerne feiern, gerne mittendrin im Geschehen sind und gern die Nacht zum Tage machen. Keine Lokation für Ruhesuchende, da Platz und Strand nahezu täglich zur Eventmeile von Arrecife genutzt werden.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento tramite booking. La location è molto bella, un po' eclettica. L'ingresso ha una porta scorrevole con codice di accesso, dopo un paio di gradini in marmo vi è il desck dove si fa il chek in. Più avanti un piccolo salottino artistico dove potersi rilassare, bere il caffe e leggere. Vi è un'ascensore che ha addirittura la musica rilassante. L'appartamento è elegante e raffinato con inserti, ornamenti di pregio: il bagno in marmo con ampia doccia e porta a vetro opaco scorrevole, zona salotto leaving e per dormire ben disposta con letti comodi, tavolino e poltrona e persino una lampada da terra con un pappagallo dorato. Il balcone offre un bel panorama sulla piazza di fronte nuova e sul lungo mare e vi è un tavolino con due sedie: è stato bello cenare fuori con quella vista. La cucina piccola ma molto utile: pochi utensili ma i necessari ci sono. Vi è anche la possibiltà della lavanderia a pagamento e della yacuzi al piano superiore. Insomma tutto ad opera d'arte. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca il parcheggio ... essendo in centro è difficilissimo da trovare e in alternativa ne offrivano uno a pagamento. Bella esperienza!
