very nice property. individual vilas are well maintained with rooms seeting area sweeming pool with butler.our butler sachin is very nice fellow in services 24 hours. restorant for breakfast very good with south indian and north Indian dises in check in they have well staff to support and luggege transfer done by versa Nair and in reception check out by versa naik. I thanks all the staff for there services.

More than a great place to visit. The villas are very beautiful with an outstanding pools. The staff is more than friendly and they have looked after extremely well. Don't miss the food. The Wasabi prawns or Dim Sum are excellent and more than great. All in all we have enjoyed every minute of our stay and we are looking forward to come back again. Hopefully we will be back soon. Baale helped create beautiful memories for us - a group of friends with their family including kids and toddlers. Everything was just perfect- from the food to the villa to the rooms and outstanding service. But what stood out was our butler Chetan’s dedication. He performed his tasks with a smile and made it a memorable holiday for us. Would certainly recommend Baale to all especially those with kids

The BEST villa resort we have been to, not just in Goa, but in India. Chetan, our in-house villa guide made this trip the ultimate luxurious staycation. We had 5 toddlers with us, so you can imagine the chaos - but everything from the kids food, to good activities, a fabulous pool was perfect! Can’t wait to visit again. Specially if you have kids travelling with you - this is a safe and enjoyable space. Rooms were amazing and the overall vibe was rich & cosy. Thank you so much Chetan - he did not stop smiling & helping either at 2 pm or 3 am!!

We were a group of 7 on a girls trip to Goa. We had booked baale with no first hand review . The moment we walked into the villa we knew our choice was right . The villas are beautiful with a great size pool , the rooms are done up very nicely . Every villa has a dining area and a living area . Both these areas open up to the pool. The kitchen is well equipped . We had a 24*7 butler . Hospitality at Baale was exceptional and the staff is so well trained that whatever you ask them for they say it would be possible . The spread at buffet left us amazed . They served us yummiest gluten free food . All the villas have a Marshall speaker . The front desk people are very welcoming to help you with your itinerary and bookings . The F&B manager looked after our needs very well and how Mr Jeet was up on his feet at every call would want to make us go back to Baale soon to make a memorable holiday .

Absolutely terrible hospitality. Went there with my father to check out the property, to book it for a function. However, we were kept at the main gate for 15 mins and not even invited to the lobby. The basic courtesy is to invite guests to the lobby while any staff are on their way to help out. However, we were treated very badly and not allowed inside the property. Do not recommend this place as the staff lacks basic understanding of hospitality!
