We stayed at this brand new hotel (open since fall 2023). Everytime was great. The location, the room, the kind staff, the attention to detail, breakfast and dinner. And the heated outdoor pool. The domain is situated at the border of a small village with views on the fields. Shortly connected to the nice town of Uzes and the larger city of Nimes. As the weather was not great, we visited all highlights of the Gard and the Provence and had a great stay. We can highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a few days of rest, or as a fallout for visiting the region. We met the passionate and kind owners who will surely make this hotel a great succes! Five stars!

We were most fortunate to use this amazing hotel as the ideal venue for our daughters' wedding this last September. It was the perfect place for us, set just outside the stunning historic town of Uzes, in a quiet hamlet overlooking the stunning vineyards. We took over the whole hotel for a long weekend and their fabulous restaurant "Maison Lavendet" where their remarkable Chef Julian Lavendet created a 6 course wedding banquet. The recommended wine choices of red, white, rosé and champagne were all outstanding and complemented each delicious course. The Sunday BBQ brunch out by the pool was just as wonderful. We were recommended a superb Wedding Planner by the Hotel who, along side their staff - ensured an outstanding experience for us all. Our family and friends enjoyed the luxurious and very comfortable 14 bedrooms, the outdoor heated pool, The Spa and its indoor pool plus their Gourmet Restaurant and Bistro. We thank the owner of the Hotel, Maxime Vandeparre together with his amazing team who are the true essence of Domaine de Privadière. My family and I look forward to many return trips in the years to come.

Nous avons fait une journée day and spa , la meilleure journée de notre vie ! Tout le personnel est très accueillant et fait son maximum pour que le moment soit magique, la cuisine du restaurant est excellente et les assiettes sont très généreuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le cadre est juste splendide et nous déconnecte complément du monde réel , si vous cherchez un endroit paisible c'est l'endroit idéal. Tout est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Je conseilles à 1000%

Magique, une ambiance hors norme, une simplicité sans faille, un personnel au top et aux petits soins. Un cadre idyllique, reposant au milieu d’une nature qui ne demande qu’à vous accueillir dans un écrin magnifique. Quant aux repas, car c’est aussi et surtout ce qui fait le charme de cet endroit tout simplement parfait. Mais je ne peux pas finir ce commentaire sans parler d’une personne, celle qui grâce à sa pêche, sa gentillesse, son dévouement et son éternel besoin de faire plaisir, ne pourra pas vous laisser indifférent. Il s’agit d’Alexandre qui a avec lui une équipe qui se démène et qui a toujours le sourire dès le réveil au petit déjeuner. Bref allez y, car luxe et simplicité, service et gentillesse, sont les bases d’un séjour réussi. Merci 🙏 et à très vite.

Des plats à la presentation recherchée et à la cuisson maitrisée. Une bonne adresse bien que l'attente entre les differents plats soit longue et compensée par un geste commercial que nous avons apprécié. Il faut dire que trouver un restaurant de qualité ouvert le dimanche devient une gageure.

Un bon moment de plaisir. Un site unique Dans un endroit superbe. C’est la classe ! Un personnel accueillant et très et sympa . Coté cuisine un fait rare le maître de cuisine vous fait goûter le vin avant de vous servir le verre qu’il vous conseille . La cuisine est bonne on vous conseille le jarret d’agneau les entrées sont très réussies. Rapport qualité prix correct le menu complet pour soixante euros sans les vins.
