I trust Brett and Eve, They both made me feel welcome to stay at this wonderful Coral Sands Apartments and great coffee shop is just a short distance away. Walk out to see the Whales swimming pass and seeing the beautiful sunset when the sun goes down. I ll come back again! That’s for sure. Thank you Brett and Eve.

We had a great stay in the Garden Apartment at the Coral Sands. Late-night self-check-in was painless. The location is great, and the kitchen facilities are a bonus for making breakfasts and the occasional dinner. We rented bikes for transport, so all of the island's attractions were easy to get to, and the bikes were easy to store on site. The Waterline Restaurant and the On The Beach Restaurant are both great and are only a few minutes' walk away via the beach. The best snorkelling at Aroa beach reserve is not too far away either.

First time in Rarotonga, and glad we didn’t book a Hotel, affordable accomodation- not too noisy - have free unlimited Wifi!!! On arrival Brent and Eve very accomodating and welcoming. To the cleaner and the maintenance person ( forgot their names) we appreciate the cleanliness of the area we appreciate the pool being cleaned daily bases-Clean towels delivered when needed. On arrival- already milk and bread provided!! Very spacious rooms and seating area, clean utensils and dinnerware. Where the apartment is located- there’s a takeaway, laundromat, ATM and a church all within walking distance, and the bustop just outside the accomodation. Our parents really enjoyed their early morning walks and have met locals along the way… We really enjoyed the accom aswell because we are able to swim at the beach that’s within a walking distance and we really got to enjoy the sunset!!!

The property is beautiful. Owners were very friendly. Cleaning was excellent. Definitely needs new mattress. The room I stay when we sleep we both roll in middle as Mattress was loose. Wake up every morning with bad back. I book room for 5 days so I expected at least the tea coffee enough for five days for two of us. Was enough for two days . Owner was very generous and he even left a loaf of bread for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment and if I make another trip than will return to this apartment. The price I paid for my stay was definitely worth it. Location is excellent and views to.
