House with three floors, and you can rent with 6 Bedroom, 5 suites, or only the bottom or top of the house with 3 bedrooms both with independent entrance and kitchen. Own barbecue, however, the condominium of only 6 houses of barbecue and pool hotdog. This is the only condo João Fernandes. The gate of the condo is within the beach. The view is paradise with turquoise blue sea. Beautiful, wonderful, is undoubtedly the most beautiful sight I ever could see. The drive to the kitchen level. Condo caretaker is always there to help. The night you can walk to Rua das Pedras. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 22 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 12:30 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Casa muito completa
A casa é muito completa, localização excelente, ambiente muito seguro e fácil acesso às praias. No entanto, não tem 6 suítes, e sim 5. Um quarto é muito próximo de um banheiro social, mas o banheiro não fica dentro dele. O Val e sua esposa são muito gentis e disponíveis! A casa tem toda a estrutura completa, as roupas de cama e banho estavam muito cheirosas. Os quartos com ar-condicionado são um diferencial muito bom! A Romana foi muito atenciosa com o grupo.

No geral foi ótimo, só a localização da casa que é num local bem ingrime para idosos fica bem difícil, escada que dá acesso a saída para praia é bem longa e não muito segura, mais se estiver de carro é bem tranquilo. O caseiro Val é um amor de pessoa, nós atendeu prontamente. Em relação a casa é bem aconchegante, bem arejada, só peca nós banheiros, são bem pequenos.

A casa é grande e muito bem localizada. Tanto o funcionário da casa quanto a proprietária são prestativos e disponíveis. Por ser uma casa antiga, carece de manutenção e no quesito limpeza, alguns cômodos, em especial os banheiros deixaram a desejar. Apesar disso, tivemos momentos felizes durante a estadia na casa.
