알루아소울 자킨토스 - 어덜츠 온리 - 올 인클루시브

We booked the AluaSoul about 2 weeks before we travelled. I emailed the hotel at the time of booking (email address of hotel on Tui app) to check on the all inclusive drinks to make sure zero alcohol beer was included, I got no response after about 3 days. I then went on to the Hyatt Hotel live chat to ask about whether zero beer was included and was given a different email address for me to contact the hotel direct, still no response. Although the advisor on the chat did advise this was included. We arrived at the hotel around 3pm on 30th August, we went to the pool bar and was was told zero beers were chargeable to our room at €4 each, so felt very disappointed that we had been wrongly advised and also that the two emails we sent were ignored. Our room was basic, but all that we needed ( room 214). There was a mini fridge so my partner bought his own zero beers from the supermarket and kept them in the fridge which worked out loads cheaper. We had a kettle in our room, with a couple of flavoured teabags and two sachets of Nescafe coffee and four sugar sachets, this was used up over two days and was never replenished. The cleaning of the room wasn't great to be honest, the beds just had the cover flung over, no proper making of the bed so the sheets you laid on were all messy. They replaced the towels each day but never gave us a bathmat and sometimes just one hand towel which we had to use on the bathroom floor as the shower seemed to block up so the bathroom floor would flood. I called reception to say we didn't have a bath mat and hadn't done for the past two days and please could we have it the following day, I also explained that they hadn't restocked the coffee and sugar and hadn't washed up our cups which stayed dirty for a few days. The man apologised and said he would sort it, we came back to our room the following day, no bath mat or no coffee and sugar restocked, so felt quite disappointed. Floors were not mopped either as there was a tea stain on the floor, which was there for at least three days. Just felt the house keepers were not doing what they were supposed to. We have stayed at quite a few hotels and have never had cause to complain!! The restaurant staff worked very hard, the food choice was good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The tables were cleared quickly. You could help yourselves to wine, beer and soft drinks. There were also water machines dotted round the grounds of the hotel which was really good. The entertainment girls were nice and friendly and seemed to get the guests involved. All in all we had a good break away and enjoyed ourselves but wouldn't come back to this hotel. It felt more like a 3 star as there were a few things that let it down for us.

We recently visited AluaSoul for our honeymoon. It was absolutely perfect. The hotel is so clean and modern, the food was amazing with different themes each night and a lot of options for lunch. The staff were incredible, Alex the restaurant manager couldn’t have been more helpful and really made sure to make everyone feel welcome and relaxed throughout the whole stay. Elvis the bar man and Hara the waitress where just amongst some of the amazing people who work here and made our experience 10/10. The night time entertainment and the entertainment team work tirelessly to put on a great show every evening and throughout the day with aqua aerobics, darts, yoga and ping pong to name a few. It is such a relaxing environment right on the beach with the most incredible views. Thank you for an amazing stay and the best start to our married life. Couldn’t recommend enough and we will be back!
