Very good stay in a beautiful cottage / chalet. Well equipped and very nice. Nice garden area. Very good and nice reception with various activities such as a nice heated pool, tennis court and games for kinds. Lake is nice and canoe is a free option. Excellent overall

Fantastic time! We were 7 people and rented a bear chalet with pool. I believe most come with hot tub and sauna. Pool was a Bonus. We arrived to our cabin and it was beautiful, comfortable couches, nice appliances and great beds. Somethings showed wear and tare but nothing that was awful. House keeping did a great job inside the cabin. Outside some garbage was left by the pervious people, nothing we could not just pick up. Pool was a perfect temp, sauna was a bit finky and needs some attention. Hot tub was perfect. The main club house has a beautiful pool, and lots of activities to do. We were content with staying in our cabin and enjoying how quiet it was. For a resort with 100 cabins it was silent, and booked. Cabins are all spaced so well, you could not see most from the road, The walk to the lake is steep and I would not recommend it in flip flops or slides. Fiddler lake is a perfect place to get away from home spoil your self with good meals and good drinks. You get a great experience at fiddler lake.

Our family reunion, including 14 people from 3 generations and 3 different countries found Fiddler's Lake Resort the perfect place to be. The accommodations (a Deer chalet) were spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. We made good use of both the indoor and outdoor pools, which were sparkly clean and never crowded. The kids loved the upstairs arcade room, and other games and sports on the resort. The steep, rocky trail to access the lake was difficult for some of us, but the paddle boards, canoes and kayaks were a big hit! Swimming in the beautiful clean lake was refreshing and relaxing. Just a beautiful location all around! We will be booking at Fiddler's Lake Resort again next year!

The cottage was well kept and clean. 2 of us were very uncomfortable in a double bed, it should have been a queen bed. We enjoyed some of the amenities but were never able to access the pédalo despite trying several times to reserve it. Perhaps you need to invest in more than 1? Speaking of access, the waterfront is not accessible at all for anyone with mobility issues, it is a very steep embankment and quite dangerous to get to.

Svp notez qu’il n’est pas recommandé d’apporter ses propres planches SUP car il y a une longue pente abrupte et glissante, sur la roche, menant au lac. La réception nous avait indiqué que c’était possible de le faire avec de l’aide mais aurait du nous prévenir du niveau de difficultés (mission quasi impossible) et risques associés, et ainsi décourager les futurs clients de le faire. Même avec une planche gonflable, ce serait un vrai calvaire de le faire avec risques de blessures. En conséquence, *nous avons loué une planche SUP pour une semaine à 150$ + tx pour absolument rien*. Nous aurions apprécié que cette mention soit faite lors de l’appel fait spécifiquement à ce sujet à la réception. Également, question de transparence, il devrait idéalement avoir une mention sur le site web pour prévenir les gens… quiconque a des limitations physiques ne pourra pas voir ni se rendre au lac… même pour certains chalets au bord de l’eau (ou ne voudra pas prendre le risque). Autrement, nous avons apprécié les lieux.
