From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are truly exceptional – warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after, always ready to assist with anything you might need. The pool area is a particular highlight – beautifully updated, stylish, and a perfect spot to unwind. The pool bar serves a fantastic range of delicious food and drinks, with something to suit every taste. It’s the ideal place to relax in the sun with a bite to eat or a cocktail in hand. Our room was immaculate – spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished with modern touches that made it feel both comfortable and contemporary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is absolutely perfect, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed, inviting, and full of charm. We had such a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

The Contessa hotel is one of the best hotels in Argassi. Clean,spacious and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I have to mention Fethera on reception, she is a wonderful young lady and helped us a lot. The staff work so hard to make our holiday special. Tnak you again Contessa , until the next time. Yamas!!❤️

How can I start such a positive comment and would like to say to everyone who picks this hotel 10/10 , maybe a few adjustments are needed but only minor (e.g. kettles in rooms totels probably need to be a bit more noticeable ) other than that amazing scenery everywhere , well mannered and cheerful staff that bring your drinks over to you at pool . I’ve stayed here a week and I wouldn’t say a bad word about this place first time in zante and an absolutely best choice !!!! You can even enjoy the scenery with breakfast 📷 , the beds are comfortable! The cleaning staff are incredible I don’t even know how they do it so well and everytime you walk in it’s an amazing smell of freshness ! Highly recommended great for family’s too with kiddy pool and play area ! Not even far to walk at night for brilliant food at MAMAs so lovely everything about this place has felt so relaxing and calm and the music choices are so relaxing 😎

Only arrived home yesterday via jet2 after a small delay otherwise ok First two days were quite wet and a chill wind but it picked up after that We chose a private transfer and arrived at the hotel in around 20 mins well worth the extra cost Check in was painless we paid 20 euros for the safe and 50 euros tax for our 10 night stay we didn't need the air con as it got quite cool at night We again paid extra for a pool view room which was spotless we had a kettle so purchased milk from the supermarket which is right outside the hotel and took our own tea and coffee We found a happy anniversary card and a bottle of champagne in our room which was a lovely thought. The breakfast was good with lots of choice it could have been a bit hotter but that's quite usual the continental had a good range of choices if you preferred the drinks prices at the pool bar were reasonable a glass of house wine 5 euros and beer 4.5 euros a pint for draught or a bottle of good wine for 17 euro the food menu was vast and everything we had there was cooked well we spent our anniversary evening at the hotel bbq/greek night which was excellent value and good fun at 25 euro pp. The staff are all very helpful and chatty a big thankyou to Mario Panos and Spiros who work tirelessly and Ellie who makes a wonderful moussaka all in all an excellent holiday we hope to return at the end of the season

Just back from another great stay ,from the moment we arrived we had a lovely welcome from mario and spirios, Lydia on reception, Panos at the bar and all the rest of the staff who work so hard to make your stay so special, I received a lovely birthday cake 🎂, thank you so much ,can not rate this hotel so much it really is a home from home and can not wait to return, the improvements that have been made around the pool and bar area are fantastic, see you soon❤️

Fabulous hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are cleaned every day and the hotel and grounds are spotless. Breakfast is included and there is a good range catering for all tastes. The rooms are recently renovated and are modern and bright. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Argassi!
