If they didn’t charge S/.8 for a bottle of water in the room, I’d have given 5*. The gym does have drinking water on a free dispenser. Cannot fault the view of the Plaza de Armas from the restaurant. Evening meal was reasonable and breakfast good. We had a small balcony with seating outside our room. Yes, it was a view of a painted brick wall. You could see the sky. The room was a reasonable size even if the beds were the smallest we saw in Peru (2 * UK Queen size beds). Ps traffic in Arequipa was the worst we saw in Peru.

Wonderful stay at the perfect location. The staff was kind and helpful, always welcomed us with a smile and great recommendations. We were over the moon with our stay, especially during our honeymoon. The breakfast was wonderful with a view over the Plaza.

We stayed at Casa Andina Select Arequipa for 3 days and it was a very pleasant experience. At the welcome desk Roberto, Joao and Katy were very welcoming, nice and always ready to answer every query we may possibly have. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful location, restaurant was delicious with an amazing view of the square. Angel and Roberto were very helpful with my taxi to airport. Highly recommended this hotel. The staff were all friendly and I got a massage from the spa even though I came in rather late.

Great location at the Plaza de Armas. Room was double twins with sofa larger than other rooms, but those turns out were in the back of the building and my parents room faced a wall. Rooms have everything needed, but could use adding drawers. There were only two small shelves for the clothing and hangers. Great service at the front desk and at the restaurant. Nice buffet breakfast is included with excellent service. Dinner was nice. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the plaza, cathedral and arches. Overall very good.

Stayed here with my mom recently. We stayed at four hotels during our trip to Peru, and this was probably my favorite of the hotels. The room was nice and clean in a great location right next to the always lively plaza. The staff - including Vanessa, Yanina, and Itab (sorry if I got any of the names wrong!) - were all great and went out of their way to make us feel welcome without being super fussy about it. We were at the hotel on my mom's birthday... I think they noticed the date on my mom's passport and surprised her with a slice of cake on the day of, which was very sweet and much appreciated. On the day we were originally supposed to leave, we got a last-minute flight cancellation notice, so we had to extend our stay at the hotel for an extra day. The hotel staff were very accommodating and placed us in the same room for the additional night so that we didn't have to bother checking out and checking back in.
