The location was fantastic. It was convenient to restaurants and shops and easy to get around. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent. And we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We always enjoy a full hot breakfast.

I have traveled extensively and stayed in numerous global hotel chains, but who would have thought that my best experience ever would be at Casa Andina at Arequipa, Peru? And I mean… EVER (no exaggeration). From my check-in to checkout, I was doted on like a beloved family member by the staff. Special mention to Katy, Roberto, and Andrea. Missing you guys already! Great location to get the best of Plaza de Armas in Arequipa. I enjoyed having breakfast in the lovely terrace. Gym, pool and spa are confortably and well equiped. Personnel are kind and lovely enough to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is really good.

Breakfast balcony area is a blast. With a view to the Cathedral. Hugo one of the staff members was very helpful with our specific needs such as the great espresso double shot coffee cup. Magical experience since you are right at the Plaza Mayor of Arequipa.

This hotel is great, the location in the plaza de arms makes it perfect for sight-seeing. There are no cars allowed so cannot be dropped out directly outside, but the hotel have an amazing team member called Roberto who ferried out cases back and forth for us. We also had an issue with one of the cases being damaged and again the hotel team went out of their way to try and help make it good for us, as we still had a lot of travelling to do. Our room was lovely we were at the top of the hotel so a partial view of the cathedral. The roof top pool was also an amazing extra and again the view was superb. The team at this hotel really made it for us they were welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to help us out.

The Casa Andina is perfectly located in the heart of Arequipa's historic center. All the tour companies know where to pick you. Thank to Katy, Angel and Marcelo, Casa Andina staff, for their warm welcome, friendly attitude and professional service. We highly recommend!!

If they didn’t charge S/.8 for a bottle of water in the room, I’d have given 5*. The gym does have drinking water on a free dispenser. Cannot fault the view of the Plaza de Armas from the restaurant. Evening meal was reasonable and breakfast good. We had a small balcony with seating outside our room. Yes, it was a view of a painted brick wall. You could see the sky. The room was a reasonable size even if the beds were the smallest we saw in Peru (2 * UK Queen size beds). Ps traffic in Arequipa was the worst we saw in Peru.
