I regret to say that my experience with this host was extremely disappointing. We reserved and paid in advance for one night's accommodation on 25.06, a superior double room with terrace and private bathroom. We arrived at the accommodation late in the evening on 25.06 and to our surprise, we were accommodated in a shared apartment with a very small bedroom and a bathroom in the hallway next to a kitchen, while other guests were staying already upstairs in the same apartment. Being late and having the plane the next morning, we wanted to rest, have peace and have our own bathroom, but the other guests were setting their table and were thinking of staying for a long time in the living room, wall to wall with our bedroom, the bathroom being in the hallway, having no privacy at all. We expressed our displeasure to the host, who replied nonchalantly that she had no other possibility to accommodate us and if we found another accommodation, she verbally assured us repeatedly that he would refund the amount paid, she would contact booking the next morning and she will refund us. Relaying on this promise, we paid for one night's accommodation at another hotel. Unfortunately the hosts promise turned out to be a lie. Despite assuring us many times that we would receive a refund, the host failed to follow through on their promise. We made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, but the host either ignored our messages or calls, she simply refused to answer the phone. This lack of integrity and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying at this property unless you are prepared to deal with potential issues like this. Trust is essential when booking accommodations, and unfortunately, this host did not meet that standard.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. Located 10 minutes from Mao, it is an ideal base for exploring this part of the island. Free breakfast and parking. Attention - the kitchen is not individual but shared - the information in the advert was a bit misleading.

Indescriptible la experiencia con este "hotel". Hice una reserva el 30 de Mayo con una petición que no se dignaron a responder ni a día de hoy. Desafortunadamente, la noche del 24 de Junio, a 12 días de la reserva, me comunican que un evento, que es la única razón por la que viajaría a Menorca, se ha movido a la semana siguiente. Les llamo a primera hora para explicar la situación, y un hombre me refiere a una mujer. Esta me refiere a Booking y allí dejo pendiente una solicitud de cancelación de reserva que no se revisa durante un día. Al día siguiente, llamo de nuevo para intentar que revisen la petición de Booking, y me contesta una señora, que dice le remitirá el recado a la mujer con quien hablé y que me llama a las 21:36. Le intento explicar todo lo sucedido, mientras básicamente espera a que termine de hablar para dar una negativa, sin entablar ningún tipo de diálogo, amparándose en que son una empresa familiar y nada más. Es decir, que cualquier hotel, en el peor de los casos, te da 10 días para cancelar, y luego puedes aplicar a un reembolso parcial, sin tener en cuenta que otros, como el que tenía cogido para el día siguiente, te dejan cancelar 48hs antes. Y este, estando Menorca en temporada alta, con una altísima demanda y con la competencia y el hotel mismo al completo, habiendo contactado 11 días antes, y siendo un caso extremo, prefiere no asumir un riesgo prácticamente inexistente, y joderle al cliente. A todo esto, 10€ es la diferencia en la reserva que habrían evitado todo esto. 10€ que habría pagado si no fuera porque que cambien la fecha de un evento es algo que ni me planteaba. Es para presentarse, dejar caer un billete rojo y grabar cómo se agachan los peseteros. Y no solo eso, he tenido que contactar varias veces con Booking, perdiendo HORAS, porque de nuevo no contestan a nada, ni siquiera a los de Booking, que hasta que les han tenido que llamar personalmente. Y eso que me decía la mujer que "llevan todo desde Booking", es increíble. Me da casi tanta rabia el tiempo que he perdido lidiando con esto, que los 200€ ESFUMADOS de mi cuenta, que otra persona podría disfrutar perfectamente estando en medio de la nada. Este tipo de trato, solo ocurre cuando hay tanta demanda en un sitio, que el servicio puede ser NULO, y la gente seguirá yendo, como las trampas para turistas. Y ese ha sido el caso aquí.

Le lieu est très bien, nous avions loué la maison avec 3 chambres, tout était parfait. Maison très propre, service de nettoyage tous les jours. Belle piscine et très bon petit déjeuner. Très bonne climatisation. Parking sur place . Lieu très agréable pour visiter l’île.

Un lugar de ensueño. Nada a mejorar. Apartamento recién reformado, limpio, luminoso, práctico y bien equipado. Ubicación excepcional, un remanso de paz. Los animales geniales para ir con niños a que los vean. La atención del personal impresionante, sobretodo de los propietarios que todo el día están al pié del cañón. Seguid así y nos vemos el año que viene!
